While I see your point, suddenly throwing a hiccuped word from a foreign language does happen to people, particularly while speaking their second language, I recognize this. The Chinese grenade is actually an older Soviet RGD-5 grenade, close to the end of the part where it's completely crushed (when the camera's zoomed in better), you can clearly see "Д-5" written on the side, "Д" is the Russian Cyrillic equivalent of "D" and is definitely NOT Chinese, there's also the phrase "раната" below "Д-5" which is the partially cut off word "граната", Russian for "Grenade."
