John uses Eskay Mining Corp. as an historical example of how to identify a potential 10-bagger before they run up.
John Kaiser was born in Vancouver, Canada and graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1982 with a BA in philosophy and German. In January 1983 he began work as a research assistant with Continental Carlisle Douglas, a Vancouver brokerage firm that specialized in Vancouver Stock Exchange listed securities. In 1989 he moved to Pacific International Securities Inc where he was research director until April 1994 when he moved to the United States with his family. From 1989 until 1994 he was also a registered investment advisor.
John Kaiser worked six months as a researcher for Bob Bishop's Gold Mining Stock Report before branching out on his own with the publication of the first issue of the Kaiser Bottom-Fishing Report in October 1994. Initially a print newsletter, the Kaiser Bottom-Fishing Report evolved into Kaiser Bottom-Fish Online which, with the addition of a powerful category-based search engine in 2012, evolved into Kaiser Research Online whose mandate is to serve as a research tool covering all resource sector stocks. In 2017 KRO expanded to include ASX listings.

"Insider has meaningful stake". It is important to know how the insiders got their shares. E.g. Some insiders pay themselves massive free shares and never spend a dollar buying any share. I know a company, couldn't raise enough money to pay for anything. So they pay everything in free shares. Then the company collapsed to 0.1 cent share price because they issued 15 billion shares as payments for people to dump

Great video. G2 Goldfields meets all of this criteria. $GTWO. 40% insider ownership. Same management with previous 6.5m oz discovery in same area of Guyana. Strictly looking to sell their very high grade district to a major with as little dilution as possible as quickly as possible. Little $ into promo because insiders confident in their goal and plan to sell the district asap. Broker coverage. Huge hits with multi million oz's already and continuous drilling. Initial resource out by year end to attract institutions. Hopefully sale next year and onto the next.

None of these are bottom feeders, expand the chart a little, clearly on the upswing and 30-50 mmcap, bottom feeding in jrs is a lot greasier then that, try Belmont resources. 3 million market cap. 2 jv'd properties, that both need 2.5 million in work done by the jv partner for 80%. So steady stream from that news plus they have a another 100% owned copper prophery system they are drilling q1. Huge potential and the chart is at the starting line
