don't detest people for when YOU think they are not trying to take on challenges.. maybe their roots and life has been so tough that even just surviving, and creating a peaceful routine, is the most important and very hard worked at, AND MUCH NEEDED calm, that they needed and maybe God needs them to be doing that too, the flowers don't work but they are still treasures

hi! good content but i hope you don't mind me saying but my instant reaction is that the lighting is too bright and you are far too close to the camera.. best not to slurp the tea too often either, you are on stage when you are filming, create the vibe
i totally get what you are saying about views.. i do a channel to try to help people get through tough times faster ("Potential Techniques") and to try to help people find ways to get through depression and ptsd/anxiety etc .. i try to uplift people and help give comfort and spirit support, but some videos get like one view in a month even though they are really supportive
but i keep making them in case i can help even one person get through a tough day.. so please keep on trying to make your videos, you are good to listen to

a good thing with running is to walk a bit, then run (sprint) as fast as you can until you are nearly out of breath, then keep walking until your breath has recovered, then sprint as fast as you can until just before you need to stop but then keep walking until you are recovered and then keep on doing that over and over again a few times and through months build that up where you'll be able to sprint far further and you get your cardio and it's not boring and pontless like slow jogging that is no faster than walking.. it's much more useful to be able to sprint long distances than to be able to jog miles, in emergency situations too
i hope you have a good day.. that's cool you looked into the roots of the word consistency, i do that sometimes with words but need to do that more often
I hope you (and anyone who ever reads this) have a very good and happy future..
Best wishes from Rolland in Scotland
