Nicely done Bud!! I had a chance to buy a factory cutaway for $200 and didn't!! I regretted it afterward because I didn't realize how rare they were!!☺
Yeah I was also thinking i could cut a new flywheel with the magnet still on it and clock it to a different spot. It would spark but not at the right time. Not that it matters because youd probably be spinning it fast. Im not sure this coil even works though. The led is a better idea it would light up the whole cylender
Really cool! Super nice job. I love cutaways. I always video them when I see them. A updraft float type carb cutaway on it would look awesome. On most cutaways I see, the inner intake stuff is often blue or green, and the inner exhaust stuff is often orange or yellow. A cutaway muffler would be cool too, especially one of those big oval low tone mufflers.
Very cool! I’ve seen a vw one before and cut away chassis but never thought of doing one myself! You always amaze me the quality and creativeness of your work! Awesome job!
Trying to get a super bronc operating properly but somethings missing. Once it starts it takes off like a bat out of hell, have some parts missing that I’am unsure of what they are . Can you help or have one to show how it’s supposed to work? Do you know were I can find parts? Thanks

Sounds like the torque converter is messed up. join the oldminibikes.com forum they will sort you out. there is a guy chatten63 on there he is the bronc expert and sells parts for them
Hey bud in you mod for free video. When you cut down valve to miss easy spin didn't you also cause a pretty significant loss in valve lift? Good videos just wondered what your thouggt are on that.
hello its Clayton again, in the middle of a Super bronc project and would love chat a bit, me: 30+year BMW Motorrad Master tech. anyway doing a GX240 swap and would like to know about doing a T.Q. C.V without a back plate like a toat goat style wish you well thanks for all the hard work on the vids.

ouch yeah it happens to the best of us we all regret things we didnt buy
Very cool project. I have always found these cutaway engines to be very fascinating.
very nice! It would be cool to have the condenser complete a circuit to light an LED that simulates the spark.

Very good job. Always wanted to build one myself but never the time.

Thanks! yeah I figured i can add them on later when i figure out what i want. A muffler wouldnt be hard to do at all

jeep2003 Thank you, much appreciated. Keep the content coming! Great job
Cool thing! I thought of building a cutaway engine from a tecumseh engine a couple of years ago, but never did it.
Where do you acquire those small valve springs?
Like #70👍..what do you think that would sell for?..

Yes the best way would be to pull out the cam and file it down instead. It just a little harder to dial it in that way and more dissasembly
You're fucking awesome. Buddy and I found your channel and love it. Keep up the good work sharing them informations.
Looks good.
That is brilliant
I have always wanted to do that cool
Great vid
