1980 Yamaha XS650 Chopper project finished walk around

Here is the completed chopper project. Owing to my old camera, sound quality is poor and so is resolution. Have a look at part one, two and three on my channel to see what I started with and the mods to the frame I did to achieve the stance at the rear.

Thanks. As for the GL, after getting it all mocked up back together I realized that most of the frame mods I had done did not provide enough clearance and space for the assembled engine. I ran into too many obstacles that would have compromised the aesthetic I was trying to achieve. I found I couldn't build it to my vision, so I stopped. I pulled to vids to erase the evidence.

Wanting to something very similar to one i just picked up. Wanted to keep the xs tank but do the rear end lowing thing and didn’t think it would be possible. Is the rear end change a kit or your own work?

I did it myself using the existing frame parts. Take a look at the other 3 videos on my channel of this bike to see exactly what I did. And that's the original tank too. Thanks for watching!
