Sonatas are incredibly good cars, and a better value then both.
Camrys are extremely slow cars. They do not have adequate acceleration. Accords, on the other hand, are reasonably fast cars that are capable of zipping up a mountain road. Camrys do not have that capability.
Camrys have 184 torque at 5000 rpm. Accords have 192 torque at 1600 rpm. 184 vs 192 is a small difference. But 5000 rpm vs 1600 rpm is huge.
I know that explains why they sell so many of them
Camrys can’t make it up hills ? Fuck.
@@ryanstaunton421 2018 and newer Camrys struggle. 2017 and older Camrys could make it just fine.
@@brandonhumble3595 The 2018 and newer Camrys are not the Camrys that we all know and love. Toyota screwed up
@@octaviusmigtonius2965 where I live has hills. Shit why would they make a car that can’t get up hills? Wow lol
Honda accord sport
Camry
The Camry is nicer! Nice firm seats, nice ride, great mpg.
This video is totally biased toward the accord.
Everything they said is true. I have both.
What kind of buyer would take a Camry over an accord? Only the most uneducated buyer out there. The accord is for the real smart responsible safe pragmatic shopper
Anyone who would choose a CVT transmission over the standard 8spd auto in the Camry isn't educated all. CVT transmissions are junk and one doesn't need a college degree to know that.
@@BamaTidefan1967 you know the accord offers a 10 speed in the 2.0 right?
😂
@@competitiveautomotive5457 Yes I do but the standard 1.5L Accord comes with the CVT transmission. The 2.0L version costs a lot more money, not saying that it wouldn't be my first choice if money was no object.
@Gran Tree Mo Honda CVTs are reliable lol. These aren’t jatco CVTs you know
Camry has more to offer for different buyers, V6, hybrid, traditional look, sporty look 4cylinder.
Toyota also uses a timing ⛓️ chain vs timing belt on the accord. Timing chain rarely ever breaks, the accord has an expensive service. Camry has slightly more safety with more seatbelts and some other features.
I had a 2020 Toyota Camry se and I still have my 2017 Honda accord ex 2.4L, EXI kept The Honda easier to handle easier to drive, it's quicker better gas, much easier to view driving blindsides, The Accord feels more like a sporty sedan, i have also driven the 2020 2.0 turbo Accord and that feels more like a sports sedan than the Camry, i was really impressed, The Camry my visibility was much more restrictive, its nosier, The Honda just felt so much better and easier to drive
Accord is a pice of crap trust me we own a 2019 touring 2.0
