I remember when you first bought your house and were so proud of it. We watched you be newly single living with your mom at that house, your very first dates with Erik, the relationship announcement, the pregnancy announcement, bringing Flynn home, Broadway announcement, vlarch, the pandemic, then the twins, so many things. It has been amazing seeing all this memories and can't wait to see all your new adventures at the new house

It will definitely feel weird because we've seen you and your family grow in this house. But hey, we got all the videos saved to rewatch all the amazing moments you live in the house! And now with a new home, you will make new amazing memories and have them saved too! Nothing will be left behind or forgotten! I totally understand how you’re feeling about moving. Your house now feels like a safe space, it’s comfortable and familiar and it’s really hard to let that go. I am moving (actually) overseas in 5 days and I am absolutely FREAKING out too.. so this really hit home. Well both get through it Colleen!! Stay strong ❤️

Colleen, I had a feeling you were going to move soon, but hearing you actually talk about it had me in tears. You made so many memories in this house and took us along for the ride and I guess we all got very attached, haha. But there are so many memories to be made in the new home. Videos, dance parties, birthdays - you name it, there's so much more to come! And the best part about it is - the memories you made in this house won't be gone, just because you moved. They will stay with you forever and ever.

I was already emotional about you guys renting a new place and keeping this home. I Can totally empathize with how you’re feeling. You’ve been welcoming us all into this home of yours for years now and some of us do feel a weird attachment to it. When we moved out of our house of over twenty years, I went from room to room, calling up memories of things that happened in each room, like where we ate so many dinners, where we used to put the Christmas tree, and where the kids played, where we sat by the fireplace, etc. and then I walked around the outside of the house, patting the exterior walls and silently thanking the house for sheltering us and keeping us safe, and silently saying goodbye. It seemed almost like the house has a spirit, a personality, even though I know it was an inanimate object I felt like it "knew" we were leaving. I know it sounds weird but it was what I needed to do to process such a big change.

Colleen - A tooth fairy pillow is actually a genius parenting hack. Hats off to whomever came up with the idea. We had one growing up that we safety-pinned to the side of our bed (on the fitted sheet). This makes finding that darn little tooth a million times easier. Those suckers are small and in the dark it’s easy for them to get lost. Get one. The tooth fairy will thank you. 😉

I had one! I believe we all got them in kindergarten and had a day of decorating them with our names in glitter glue.
I didn't have a pillow but I had a little purple box with a gold tooth fairy painted on it. The routine would be when you lost a tooth you'd put the tooth in the box like it was treasure for the tooth fairy. It was pill box size so pretty small but I still have it!
I had a tooth fairy pillow! It was a little cloth doll of the tooth fairy and you put your tooth in her pocket. Absolutely a thing!
They also make one you hang on the door! Best invention for many reasons!
The cool thing for Colleen is that she will have all the videos to look back on and reminisce about the house and the memories. My current house is the place I have lived for the longest in my adult life too, I will be sentimental when I leave even though I also really want to leave.

This is kinda unrelated, but Fuller House a show I watch a lot, and the most recent time I watched it a few months ago (which I've watched every episode probably like 5 times each), I was torn apart. It felt like a part of me was gone, and I honestly felt like my family was taken away. That show makes me feel at home, it makes me feel so cozy, happy, and like I'm with family.

My favorite was james and the giant peach-watching that in a theater is so amazing and it was always my favorite memory with her because she enjoyed the arts just like you! Later i learned her and her husband helped build a theater in Downy CA so if you are ever there say hello to my gg for me ❤️ she has passed but your love for theater always warms my heart and reminds me of her, love you🫶🏻
I had a tooth fairy pillow!! Mine was light blue and had a little fairy on the front and my mom would put a dollar and a little rhyming letter about my tooth under my pillow! When I lost my tooth one time and couldn't find it to put it under my pillow I cried because the tooth fairy couldn't have my tooth but my mom left extra little gifts for me that night. I'll never forget those memories :)

I actually work at a community Youth Theater in my city. It’s the same one I discovered theater at and grew up going to.
My favorite thing to do is to assistant stage manage. I also work the office but being a part of the show process is always where my heart is.
You, your vlogs, and your home have all been such a "second home" and constant for me, especially during the pandemic. I took it just as seriously as you, and seeing you live and grow in that house is such a blessing and was such a comfort these past few years. Look into the Oklahoma Shakespearan Festival on the campus of Southeastern OK State University in Durant, OK. I know it sounds weird for something like that to take place in such a podunk town, but it is truly amazing. The woman that founded it was a legend and her daughter now organizes it. It is truly a remarkable summer program. It could be something you start near you. Molly Risso Coker is who you need to talk to. She is sooooo talented and amazing!

I feel the same way about my parents house. My brother passed away in 2017 and my parents just moved a couple years ago. It is so sad that I'll never have memories of him at their new house.

I feel you with moving to a new place. My husband and I moved from our first apartment to our first house this year. Super exciting, but I was also really sad to leave our apartment because we loved it so much and it was our first home.
First let me say, you're not an idiot. I always hoped to run into you when i lived over the hill lol. But I watch your channel almost daily and I have to give you so much kudos to the amount of 'taping' you do.
Also, yes I cried too haha. But here's why: you share SO MANY relatable moments that many people experience in their lives (even those that don't have as much as you do--and the gratitude you express for that alone is commendable). It's refreshing to see you celebrate and honor these moments the way you do. You give it the time it needs to grieve. You remind us to be grateful of the memories that were made and the sacrifices we have to make not just for ourselves but for others (being your family).
I can't thank you enough for letting your audience in the way you do (I genuinely find your vlogs calming and inspiring even in the darkest times), because you offer hope, reality, resilience and happiness.

Colleen, you say that you are so ridiculous for being sad about this, but I totally get the feeling of being emotional through big changes like that! My dad moved out of my childhood home a year ago and even though I don’t live there anymore and have not for years, I cried so much throughout the whole process. You’re totally valid for feeling this way 💕 especially as a fellow ADHD’er, our neurodivergence makes change harder and more emotional. Your feelings are valid and so are you!
I remember seeing Colleen in a high school production of Les Miz and had the same feelings of joy and happy tears watching it. I was there to see my niece and nephew at San Marcos and it was only later that I realized Colleen was also in the show. I hope that Colleen does someday run a school of the arts. You’re amazing. Congrats on the new house and just remember the memories of your current house go with you. You can always watch the videos too 👏👏
Never had a pillow, but some cute things I’ve seen other moms do is cover the coins in glitter and write a tiny note in super tiny writing. The kids loved it
The hardest thing for me was the nursery. Taking down all the decorations and packing up all of their baby things. And leaving behind the wall of heights as they grew.
I remember when Colleen bought this house, so it’s gonna be bittersweet watching them move, but it’s also super exciting! And, yes, I did have a tooth fairy pillow lol
maybe this is weird but i definitely will miss this house as a viewer. over the years, because your vlogs have been such a source of comfort, i think i've come to associate all the places in the house you film with that comforting feeling. i'll miss seeing you wrapped in a tortilla blanket in your office chair, and making dinner in front of the white kitchen cabinets, and picking out nighttime snacks from the big pantry, but i know that wherever you go next, you and your vlogs will continue to be a bright spot in my day, and that there will be places in the new house that come to feel just as comforting and familiar :) can't wait to see it! wishing you guys a smooth transition, love you!💜

We did a show last year for Chicago, and honestly it was the most popular show we have ever done. People who have seen Chicago on broadway a million times said our show was better then Broadway. It was such a wonderful experience to be apart of and if I could perform it as much as I wanted I would never get tired of it, I miss it so much
When my parents moved out of our house, we are all so devastated. But girl, when I go to my parents' new house now, they are so happy and the area is amazing. We are so grateful for the house and thanked the house for the memories. So many amazing memories are coming your way in the new place!
I can relate Colleen, each house has its own memories and until you start making more somewhere else, the sadness from the memories which feel like they are going to be lost is real. So happy you have so many memories to watch back on. My boys are 23 and 20 and I still think back to the special days when there were young and always with me. Each and every stage of their lives is incredible as you get to see them grow and flourish. Thinking of you and remember your memories can't be taken away from you.

Yes, I had a tooth fairy pillow growing up, and now I’m making tooth fairy pillows for each of my kids when they loose their first tooth🤍 I love getting to make these traditions with my kids🥰
