Yes! the key is read material over and over again but I found it easier to read the titles and first sentence of the paragraphs first and get the clue about the information and then I went back and read the whole thing!
Sound like a good plan. It is impossible to digest all of the material in the assigned reading in nursing school. I liked the warning about the large books to soon-to-be nursing students; how true that is. But future students also need to be warned about making a good choice in choosing a nursing school. If you can find teachers who actually teach and emphasize understanding the material, the textbook reading will be secondary.
