oh, i get it. if you start building a foundation far enough away from your tc, and then connect your way back into the tc's coverage area. that tc still considers it a foundation that was started too far away to be under its coverage. thanks for the video this is very helpful

I get how you stack TC's, but why? Aside from upkeep it just seems like it makes easy to breach points in your base, and makes it easy for raiders to take over a chunk of your base almost immediately. Am I missing something?
i think its because it overlaps the building privilege and it means that to get everything in the base raiders will need to destroy every single TC, making it insanely hard to actually take over the base

soft siding 8 tcs is a lot of work most people don't wanna do. Also if you build a row of wall frames back they will still stay up even when the foundation they are sitting on is broken
I don’t completely understand how to prevent some wall stacks from decaying.. for example if I create an offset shell then wide gaps.. how do I connect my shell to my wide gaps
What would happend if you have one main base with your main TC, then add a secondary external TC, and then connect both building together ? Will you have two TC for a single base then ?
I've just starting thinking about buildilng a wall-stacked multi TC base, but after doing so I noticed one issue I just can not fix and I don't know why no one is talking about it. You can shoot rockets through the gaps, basically making the extra layer useless by having the rockets splash. So far I haven't found any fix for that issue besides stone wall frames, but those are only stone. Am I the only one concerned about proper base safety or is there something I'm missing?

So what if I want my triangle foundation facing the opposite direction instead of the point facing in? So as if the were connected but in fact, offset I have tried doing this. Without success. I know there has to be a way to do it, but how?

Say you have a 2x2 with one layer of honeycomb and foundation stack, how many foundations out does that external tc have to be? And does building priv expand with every additional tc?
usually around 6 to 7 square foundations out, and yeah building priv expands with every tc, thats why compounded bases have external tc's, so that you cant build in

With multi tc you can create bunkers, and the base's upkeep is less because its divided into 2 often more different tc's as far as i know
