Yes I’ve definitely noticed! They’re always using pastry instead. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a biscuit base, at least not in ages! They should bring it back 😆

Hey Andy! After the meringue is made and torched and the pie is all ready, does storing it in the fridge overnight ruins any textures/flavors?
Storing it overnight will make it taste even better! The Swiss meringue is very stable so there won’t be any issues there 😃
