Another good video. Love hearing how much you enjoy taking photos!
It would be really cool to see you compare the other cheaper cameras sony apsc options I.e. what's the best budget option below an a6000. Is a Nex 5R or 5T better than a5000 or a5100 as while they have less megapixel and older autofocus they have a control wheel and can be found for cheaper on the used market.

Nice seeing an older camera getting some shine.

The c3 is great a camera for street paired with the 16mm or 20mm 2.8 pancake lenses due to the small size.

I use the nex 5r and I've already had some photos highlighted by Curtis 😅😅 They have their limitations, in low light you need to know what you have in your hands, but during the day it is impeccable.

my everyday carry camera is an a5000 i found on marketplace for $40, shutter sounds like a duck, pictures come out pretty decent for what is.

Me too. Got an A5100 for 35€. It is small and you don't attract eyes on you when you are doing street photography.

@@bobamarmstrong nice come up, small and discreet. A5100 leaps better than the 5000, im just happy it has phone transfer. Does yours sound like a duck? Lol

@@TechVerified2K no, the shutter is almost quiet compared to my Nex 5T

Definitely some great images. I'm not sure if it was solely your editing but it almost had a film vibe to them. With a bunch of people going film maybe this is an option if you can't afford film but want the look, just get an old digital camera and add a good lens. Thoughts?

Thanks mate! I think it was a mix between my editing and the sensor. When I was taking these photos it had a sense of film vibe to it.
I think it's an option for sure if you want that aesthetic! 🤙

Some sound advice, cool venue, and decent pics - down-looking rail crossing my fav. From trams to horse-drawn carts - a hidden message there. Was awaiting your “pano blur” shot for the horse😊.
NEX line the precursor to A6000 series, so Sony had lots of room for improvements.
For learning the basics and compositional/exposure skills, adapting this cam with a used vintage prime lens -e.g., a Nikon film cam lens would be a good combo, IMO.
Re highlight indicator, what were you using (zebras, histogram, camera native “blinkies”?) Makes a difference.
Curtis goes to great lengths (“Smells like piss in here”) to get the shot -nice.😊 Cheers!

HI curtis love the video and your content... can you do a review on tamron 20-40 mm f/2.8

    Great video 👌
I use a Canon eos M3, and invest in vintage lenses .😊
At the moment my preference from my collection is the Super Takumar 50mm f1.4.
I have the Canon R and the 24-105 f4 lens, sitting in the closet for the second year :)
Why are there no Canon eos M3 reviews on TH-cam? 🫨

Absolutely, as I mentioned in the video if you're limited on budget get a cheaper camera and more expensive lenses! Be a better combo then a more expensive camera and a cheap lens! 🤙
