I am in several GH groups, I ask them if they have ever done this PDI? Several acted as if I was crazy and said all of this is covered under warranty and why don’t I trust my dealer. Have you had this kind of push back from people or has people who have want to do this inspection had push back?
Even though its under warranty better to check these before buying. Who know if u are getting a used car or some with faults
Great information.. Ofcourse I'm going write down all these points to check at delivery. Normally when take a new vehicle, we will be excited and forget all checks. It happened to my friend that he found Name, engine no., chasis no. etc. are wrongly entered in the insurance document of his new scooter. He found it after four month.

No.. There is difference in price. Each state has different road tax.
Dealer is asking me to come for PDI 3-4 days before the delivery date, what do you suggest ?
+Mallappa Hanabar i would strongly suggest to go on the delivery date or a day before the delivery.

@@Technspice Not yet, I have just booked couple of days back, now asking me to come for PDI, I am taking delivery on 25th.!

Today, I copied all your points and made those into a list, printed it out and went and inspected my new car at the dealership. Spent around 2 hrs checking a lot of things and ticking off the points. Even got the car hoisted up and examined the undercarriage and took lots of photos. Finally, went on a short test drive with the sales person. Your video was quite helpful. I wouldn't have done any of that today if I hadn't come across it. Was very timely. 🙏

I think the pace is ok for the video. but of course if you rather finish it quickly, then click menu, playback speed and watch at 1.5 :)
You can put the playback speed higher, else leave the floor.
This video is very useful that I m gonna jot down the points and about the duration, I don't see hours speech here, it's just 14min, can hear it in 1.25 or 1.5 speed
