Another repair/work of art. Magnifique!
Coulda put a stopper in the tub drains before augering. Once it opens up and it's all repiped, let'er rip.
very well thought out, thxs for sharing...brilliant as a matter of fact
@woodengnome1 thank you dude it did not even cross my mind. Still would have been water on the ground from being in the pipes but a lot less
@@pershingplumbing9007 good ideals in the comments
Probably no way to contain it, but you could have drained down or pumped the the tubs so there wasn't so much water in them to start, no? Pour it down the toilet?
@@user-og3ns5yp3q my pump was at milwaukee getting fixed or I woulds done that
The most loved plumbing show even mario brothers has nothing on you 😊 keep up the good work with the videos 👍
You could use a tarp to protect the garage and divert the water outside.
@gfysyoutube not a bad idea
Good stuff 👍
Those double elbow 90 fittings are a pain for sure
using a wet vac was a option, you're smart enough to figure out your options but you went with what you did so you're left with ? thxs for sharing...
isnt there suppose to be cleanout at every 90 degree turn ?? that would have made this easy
@@workingshlub8861 not necessarily
Damn. The inside of that piece of pipe you sawed off looks like my arteries. And when you say "the water is coming" you ain't fooling dude
GOOD JOB SEE YOU NEXT TIME
I would have at minimal replaced that 90, best repair would get rid of that dumb fitting
Not the end of the world, sweep out the water.
@@user-vj3wd3ge4l yep exactly what I did, no damage to anything
Bro plug the tub before
