Yo i will say anyone who would dump leaves out to show us how your invention works is a 10 for me cause i know 13 people off the top of my head that wouldnt do that lol kudos great invention
That long collector bag is awesome! I was out tonite with my regular leaf sweeper, and got most of the leaves off my front lawn. I have big elm trees, and they dump tons of leaves. I try to get out there when there is an even layer. I use one of those bag holders that holds paper lawn waste bags. My city no longer picks up plastic bags. When the leaves start coming down fast,I switch to my mulching battery lawnmower, which chops them up,which takes fewer bags.
Brilliant like to see it work on a windy day. You could try a Concertina plastic tunnel the kids use and try it as a pull handle instead of push handle just a suggestion
Yuri… I don’t know how you’re walking around with a brain that big, but keep it up! When I heard your voice, I was like wait… this guy does cars… keep it up man. Thanks.
Yuri the kinda guy that would thrash his perfectly collected lawn just to show us how to do it all over again (less leaves collected than what he started with)
That’s awesome ! I love it. It works. That’s something I would do, great minds think alike. I have 3 acres of yard and WOW could I use that. Right now, I have a rake, a tarp and a riding mower with collector that help me do the job, takes awhile and a lot of sweating, ugh. Your doing great ! If that machine had a slightly bent push bar that’s off to the side, that could make it easier.
You could have a teeter totter arm when lifted up by handlebar, the bottom rotating down into the bag with small flat plate or whatever, pushing clumps of leaves to make more room. Also not having to bend over so much is a plus.
I just use my bag attachment for my Ryobi mulching mower. I have a very similar sized lawn with a massive red maple 🍁. I fill two large cans with the mulched leaves. It used to be 6 garden bags.
@@josegandarilla2905 you just need a mulching mower with a bagger. It will chop up the leaves, then you can just dump them in a bag/or yard waste bin. A lot easier than raking.
Since falling leaves are super nutritional additive for lawns, I merely mulch them up via a zero turn lawn mower and the leaves are gone and the lawn fertilized as well... JMHO!
that doesn't work for everyone, it works only if you don't have a ton of leaves. When you have a lot of huge trees dropping leaves, there's WAY too many leaves to be able to do that until they are all down. I can do that the first couple times, but then if I kept doing it, I'd have a carpet of mulched leaves, creating way too much build up.
well, I think a powerful leaf blower + a decent size collection shovel would do the job, and no need to awkwardly walking. However this is an interesting video.
So maybe if there was a a way that when the wheel’s turned, they generated a blowing affect that would blow the leafs further back in the bag. That take some time to come up with but it’s a thought 🙏🏾🙏🏾
I leave the leaves. They provide cover for wildlife and decompose to give me a nice green lawn as nice as my neighbors with lawn fertilizer companies spraying their lawns.
Best way to deal with leaves is mulch them with your mower. No bags required. No bags to put out on collection day. No bags to worry about getting wet. No bad bag odour. Mulched leaves are great food for the lawn. Best quickest and most economical way. It’s a no brainer.
Don't you know his neighbors are probably watching out the window as he dumps the collected leaves out and considering calling somebody to check on him.
Yuri you got some old noisy neighbors looking at the window on the on the phone like guess what my crazy young neighbor doing right now.. that crazy boy is emptying leaves in his yard.. 😂 just joking bro.. Much love!
Yeah but there's already a problem: you invented something already made. There is an attachment for bagging lawnmowers called the "Big Leaf Bag." Same idea, but relies on a lawn mower to suck and mulch the leaves. It also comes in various configurations to fill those paper yard waste bags, garbage bags and such.
Love the ingenuity but a mulching blade on your lawn mower makes that a 5 minute job. Plus you’ll put the nutrients from the leaves back into your lawn.
@@YuriTereshyn lol! I guess some folks just like killing time. Mulching blades and the discharge chute end cap for my mower was the best $50 I ever spent when it comes to DIY lawn maintenance.

Thank you for your service
This should have gotten a billion views! Brilliant!!!!!!!!
Please make a video on how you built one of those bags
You need a broom stick with a round piece of wood on the end to push the leaves into the bag.

Sick Setup! That thing put in some work!
Gave me a great idea. I’m going to connect a Christmas tree garbage bag to my riding lawnmower shoot with duck tape and a few small holes.
Try it while riding a Onewheel! That would be the ultimate leaf collector! You can easily push something offset to the side.
Look at this guy. What a pro. I love this. Do you mulch afterwards?
Yuri… I don’t know how you’re walking around with a brain that big, but keep it up! When I heard your voice, I was like wait… this guy does cars… keep it up man. Thanks.
You can connect a pulling handle instead of pushing. To keep away from walking on the bag
Yuri the kinda guy that would thrash his perfectly collected lawn just to show us how to do it all over again (less leaves collected than what he started with)
Reducing that bag by half would still be great and easier to walk with, overall you would still dump way less which was your goal anyways

That’s great! Maybe you can use a mop to push in the leaves instead of taking it off to shake it down in the bag??
How about shorten the bag to a 55 gallon trash bag. Once it’s full change the bag. Great mindset to be able to turn your thoughts into reality
I love it.
I don't have the leaf collection thingy though.
How is it with wet leaves😊
Does it work on concrete driveway, sidewalk or small rocks? or it only works on the grass?
