hello, I like your video! would you please advise how to with dealing with favorable and unfavorable project outcomes ? and how to define favorable and unfavorable project outcomes? thank you!
Great video on project objectives. Loved the example. I can see why you might have to do several renditions to get it specific and succinct. This definitely lays out the path everyone should be following.
So do the project objectives only happen at the completion of the project ie like the objective /scope statement you gave as an example or are there project objectives throughout the project (or are these milestones?)...Thanks
@KatieRicheboeuf Objectives are at the beginning of the project. What will you be doing? Aka scope statement. Milestones mark the completion of a significant stage. Your objective/ scope statement drives what type of milestones you will have. Deliverable is at the end of the project. This is the end result of your objective and milestones. Amazing. Because of your professionalism, attractiveness, and lovely presentation, I completely stopped what I was doing when I saw you explaining. As a result, before I finished watching the video, I poked out to comment. Thank you very much.
Thanks for watching and for your question. The objective is what you want to do, the deliverable is the final outcome of your objective. The requirement is what you need to do to meet the objective and produce the final deliverable. Hope this helps. Cheers!

Oh; exhiralating !
Im just so confused. There is deliverable, there is objective and requirement. I am unable to differentiate between the three of them 😭😭😭
