I didnt think it was funny at all
@@elizabethwilliams9890of course you didn’t
I love watching the old-time celebrity roasts. Everyone is a good sport and deeply respectful of each other.
When you finally decipher what Foster Brooks is saying you realize he's just killing 'em. The things only a drunk can get away with saying. LOL Lucy's guffaw at the end of his bit was priceless.
The quality of this video is stunning 🤩. I’ve watched hundreds of these videos none ever looked like this!
Im 52. This was more of my parents era, but i remember growing up to reruns of this eras shows. We would all watch them together as a family. I remember my parents laughing, i miss that sound so much❤
my god the talented people on that stage makes me delighted !
✨
There was and will never be anyone better than Don Rickles!! :)
When comedy was great and people could actually laugh.

@@Stacie-XO you know I just read that. I’m dying of laughter right now. My soul is beyond salvation rofl.
@@micheles8493 Ivan t afford salivation. But the god I believe in isn't short of cash
I laughed the most when Lucy herself stood up and roasted all of them.
I always adored Lucy!
What a role model Lucy was. All these actors and comedians are missed dearly.
Gale Gordon played an excellent role as "Mr. Mooney on the "Lucy Show. Gale and Lucy have been long time friends.
Lucy wanted Gale Gordon to play the part as "Fred in the "I Love Lucy show.
Dean Martin always drank "Apple. It wasn't until his son "Dino died in the F-4 Phantom II jet fighter crash that Dean Martin was so depressed he started drinking at that time.
What a nightmare for Dean during that time.
R.I.P. to all these talented actors/comedians. XO
Actually Gale Gordon met Lucy on the radio show she was in with Richard Denning, My Favorite Husband. Gale played her husbands boss. I think he appeared in all her shows I Love Lucy, The Lucy Show, Here's Lucy
Gale Gordon and Lucy knew each other from radio days in the late 1940's, he was her husband's boss in "My Favorite Husband"
Pure gold. How I miss them all.
Amen to that. Clean pure fun and jokes. And making fun of each other..these were the best of the best. Dean Martin Roasts was the funniest in the time. When do you see Graucho Marx Jack Benny Steve Allen George Burns on the same stage at the same time. That's when movies and comics were in there prime. No talent today!!----
How are you doing today my name is Eric Moore
I remember watching this show. The 70’s were great! And these comedians were awesome! Thanks for posting it!! I still love Lucy!!
I can't stop.watching this classic! When tv was tv...😔
Yeah, you don't say Steve ... those what were truly the golden years ... so sad to think, they're all gone now ... but thanx so much for whoever shared and posted this, on youtube, God bless their hearts, truly
@@dannygillingham7904I certainly agree....I watch these videos alot to remind myself that we were lucky to have enjoyed TV like this one
I always looked forward to these Celebrity Roasts. They were always so fun and funny.
Most of those celebrities have passed away. From Ms. Harper Stacey.
Gotta say Nipsey Russell was great. So clever!!!
Tell these modern. People like Chris Rock or Amy Schumer...Listen to these real comedy professionals and some day you might learn to write great and effective jokes instead of what you say to people!
@@danielbusbey1362 Couldn't agree with you more.
He was the funniest
@@lindalackey5011 Sure was. Red Buttons was another great roeaster.
35:40 'we Sicilians gotta stick together'.. making fun of swarthy Southern Italians.
All these Beautiful talented people are gone now but they are ever in my memories. Love 💕💕 all You Lovelies ❤❤❤❤
When humor was actually funny.
The ability to laugh at one's self is a trait that is sadly lost by today's so called celebrities.
Clean humor well, along the line of clean. Not like the trash that is considered humor today
👍❤
it was so edited i doubt it they were all there in the same night
Lucille ball was simply GORGEOUS!
I about fell over laughing when Bob Hope said that he would stay on a little longer but that Lucy had to get up early in the morning because Earl Scheib was doing her hair 😂😂😂
Some people don't remember what Earl Schieb sold.😂🤣😂
Earl Schieb sold cheap repainting for automobiles.
I'm Earl Scheib and I'll paint that for xx.95 (chaged over the years).
WHO DID DILLERS HAIR..
CON EDISON?
Who is earl ?
One of the few good things about being an old baby boomer. (class of '64). Remember seeing all of those people during the height of their careers....man those were the days.
This brought back childhood memories. Love this lady!
I remember watching these as a teenager, in the 70s .Some of the greatest times in my life!
I just want to say Thank You, Thank You for posting these Dean Martin celebrity roasts! I LOVE them all! It’s all I have watched the past couple of days since I found them. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love these roasts!! Better than the current roasts we have to today. The past was so respectful, kind and genuine. Nothing but fun and good times those were. 🙂
thats the thing, everyone had respect for each other during those roast back then
I would Just like to say Thank you so much for uploading this. For someone that didn’t get to watch Lucille Ball until we had sky Tv here in England in the late 80,s & I just loved her so much. As I do Tony Hancock. Grate comedy is hard to find. But when you do it lasts for ever. Thanks. ❤️
I had forgot about Foster Brooks. I haven't laughed that much, in a long time. Bless Lucille Ball, for taking it like a trooper! Sweet
I'm pretty sure that Henry and Lucille were in a relationship.
She loved it, laughing so hard
Miss Ball came back with ultimate come back, good job.
These Roasts have me laughing so hard. I watch something funny every morning & these fabulous Colebrities are a thing of the past, but are preserved for our generation to the next...💜☮
Hello how are you doing?
