- In this video I review the Sky One-Touch Power Top which I think is one of the best options you can select for your Jeep Wrangler. In 30 seconds you can have that open air experience that Wrangler's are famous for !!

I have the Skytop and it is great. Only drawback is it is louder when highway driving.
Didn't notice that, but all Wranglers are kinda noisy on the freeway. Love the ease of the Skytop though and when combined with sort sort sunshade, it's just awesome.
Thanks for sharing.
You bet
"You can open the top traveling up to about 35 or 40 miles per gallon." So, If my jeep is only getting 22 mpg, tops, I can never open the top? got it!
Gotta get the eco diesel to use the sky top !!
Do you know if this would count as a hard top when renting a U-haul trailer? I got a hard top on my 2006 Jeep because they will not allow you to pull a trailer if you have a soft top.
That's crazy. Someone else mentioned this (maybe it was you?). Anyhow.. I have no idea. It looks like a hardtop. I'm sure Uhaul would have no idea. Just tell them it's a sun roof. A big one.. if they ask !!😆🤣
Would you recommend getting this car? What are the greatest positives and the greatest negatives? Thank you!
We love our Wrangler. So much fun. It can be both a daily driver and a weekend warrior on the trails. It might not be the most reliable car in the world, but it's a lifestyle and fun. Can't say that about most cars.
I have owned many car brands in the past, including BMW, Audi, and Mercedes. I also used to own a Harley because I like to customize motorcycles. Jeep offers me both: endless customization and a unique lifestyle. It's the only car that people come to me and show their appreciation for what I have done to it. Go to the dealership and test ride different models. Try to read about the difference between each models because honestly most of the sales people don't know shit about these cars. Then decide how much offroad compare to city drive. Then decide what model will serve your needs better. Always remember, Jeep is money grab. Remember these words "Endless Customization"
Can you take the whole top off?
Unfortunately not. You can take out the side windows though and that gives you a little more of that open air experience.
Is there a lot of wind noise with the top closed?
Not at all. I only had it for a couple of hours, but I think just as quiet as hardtop.
