    Oh, I’m so sorry to hear about Gunner, but glad he passed peacefully. I hope the kids are adjusting to his loss.
    I have all your plans, and LFSC is my favorite. It was my introduction to lifting heavy, and it made me feel much more capable and confident.

    Ashley THANK YOU for this message. Discomfort is sort of frowned upon and I sometimes feel like people think I’m weird for embracing discomfort. I do it for the things I believe in! And I’ve been so inspired by you! You’ve been like a big sister to me. Stay strong always in all the ways that you are strong!!
    I did LFSC just this past spring with a rad friend! We both discovered we were pregnant on the second to last week. Haha! It has been the best prep for pregnancy and labor- mentally. You really pushed us to our max and beyond. We loved it and were so proud of ourselves! We are both doing the prenatal plan now of course.✨ I told my midwife about it so she can pass it along to clients! She was thrilled to learn about it!

    I’m excited to do this plan soon! I am doing Firm 30 now but almost done!! It’s been awesome seeing my kids do the workouts along side me!! And even when I’m not working out. I’ll see my daughter or sons trying there best to do moves they see me do!!! So sorry to hear about Gunner, praying for you! ❤ thank you for this video. Ps I have that shirt! 😉😉

    Oh Ashley, I'm so sorry for your and your families loss. A pet is such a special gift from God to us. I don't even want to think about loosing our pup. I loved seeing Gunner, all the kiddos in your videos. Thank you for sharing with us, your community family. I will be praying for yall.

    Tears came to my eyes when you talked about Gunner. Our first dog died last summer and my pup is getting old and I’m just praying I can be with him when it’s his time to go.
    On another note- LFSC got me able to do pull ups which even in the peak of being a division 1 track athlete, I could never do!

      You go Austin almost at the end of the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan! I recommend taking 1-2 weeks unstructured time before starting the 10 Minute Plan. What a winner of a husband you have to support you and your goals!!!

    I’m doing the 12WPPP right now but on pause because of a UTI. The first week felt awesome though and got me excited about thoroughly healing my core this time (baby number 5). I did okay the last few times and was strong but don’t think I ever closed the gap as much as I ought to. Looking forward to growing over the next few weeks and will definitely be adding other plans as I move forward! Thank you for all of the education with the workouts. ❤️

    Ashley, the most impactful thing you have ever said to me was, YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS. It was my mantra during pregnancy, unmediated labor and delivery, during every rep as I get back into shape, and while I raise my children. Thank you for challenging me to be stronger, inside and out.

    I had two doggies, they both passed in the last year and my workouts got pushed aside to grieve. One of the dogs always laid next to my yoga mat and loved to lick my legs after a good workout. I'm sorry for your loss, they'll be a part of us forever!

    Thank you for this video Ashley! I feel like your videos are always so timely to me to the point that I sometimes avoid them for a few days because I know the Spirit will call me out through your words haha. We recently went through a move with 3 littles 4 and under and it has been difficult to get back into a good routine and habits again, but I'm starting to get fed up with going through the motions so I'm ready for a change! Thank you for helping me with getting out of ruts and encouraging me and other mamas to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Life is always more enjoyable this way!

    I'm so sorry for your loss. I was teary eyed hearing your story. I feel like we are friends through your videos.
    Which plan do you recommend doing first? I did the 12 wk post partum plan. I'm doing the ten min plan with the walk to 5k--almost done. Then I'm going to do the advanced version. Next id like to do Lean Fast Strong Capable or Firm30. What is the best order between the two?

      Some ladies say Firm30 is harder even though it's dumbbells-only! Others say Lean Fast Strong Capable is harder because it includes running and barbell training. Both will be extremely effective at leaning, defining visible muscle, and getting you into killer shape. I prefer Firm30 before LFSC Plan, but I'm honestly shaking and dying in both!! : )

    I’ve done the 12 week postpartum plan, and LOVED it, but I don’t have the funds right now for the LFSC. Maybe in the future! I love the shirt, I noticed it as soon as the video started!

    Thank you for talking about Gunnar. We lost our 2 year old dog in a terrible accident in the spring of this year, and it has been very difficult for our family, and most especially me, to process and grieve the loss of my velcro dog. Thanks for showing up even when it is hard, and uncomfortable, and talking through the mental aspects of that. Thanks for reminding me to go to Jesus daily and not make exercise an idol. Practically, I appreciate you showing your Bible reading plan and memory technique. Can you please share a link to the reading plan document you used? I have been looking for something just like the one you are using! Finally, it was helpful to know your thoughts about subscriptions. Thanks for the insight! Thank you for all you do, Ashley!

      Thank you for sharing about your dog, too, you get it. SO encouarged you want to be more disciplined with reading the word of God consistently! I'm doing this with my D-group (discipleship group of women, we meet every other week and it's more intense than a typical Bible study). biblereadingplangenerator.com I'm doing 5 days per week chronological, it's typically 5 chapters a day and takes me right around 30 minutes per day! This way, you get flex days if you miss a day and can read on Saturday instead. Strongly encouarge you find or make a small group of 2-6 women you meet with for accountability, being in community really has helped me stick with it and encourage others.

    I LOVED your post partum plan! It pushed me so hard. I am still doing the Phase 3 workouts. They are so challenging and I definitely would not go this hard without this plan!

    Your program LFSC Plan is the absolute game changer. It’s the perfect program which challenges me also with alternative cardio options. When my little one is going to be in kindergarten I’m going to do it again with 150% effort (I’m used to exercise with kids).
    What kind of bible reading plan do you use?

    I’m on my last week of LFSC and loved it! Super bummed because old injuries flared at the end and I don’t think I can do the final run for a bit (might just sub a row or bike to feel like I fully completed it) but I was able to do pull ups again and feel so much stronger so thankful for that!

    I have had the LFSC plan and I've done a few workouts but yes it is hard I cannot do a pull up! Pushups.... eh. Especially running.
    I know this might sound funny. But have you ever thought about doing a side by side rowing workout? I have the same row machine and I love it and it would be interesting to have some videos to follow along too. Almost like going out to row with a friend!
