I've used Neo from day one, I don't like monthly contracts, so tick one, and being new to photography I found it so easy, tick 2, the staff are brilliant and so helpful, tick 3, I like wildlife photography so rarely use a lot of the features, but the few used make the difference. Remember they were based in Ukraine, and in the earlly days we're pushing out updates while the staff were struggling to find power. Top work.
I’ve used it on and off for a few years and one issue I had was that every new version was totally different and not compatible with the older versions. That was a disadvantage compared to LR. Some of the other issues were there were no iPad or Android versions and you couldn’t edit your photos online like with LR. There seem to be some videos about a new announcement from Skylum so I might try it after that. THanks again for your review.
The thing I like about Luminar Neo is that it made editing easy and intuitive for newbs like me. Not HOW to edit, which I've been learning from masters like you, but the workflow and what everything means. Love it.
Hello j utilise aussi luminar neo c est simple complet et meme avec un imac de 10 ans ca fonctionne . Avec mes raw nikon je sort de belles images de mes d700 et d750 🎉❤merci pour ta video et toutes les autres …
Do they support water marks? Like your Studio mark. I am not happy with Adobe since they went to a subscription model. I don't need their cloud services
You can, but it is a bit of a manual process. Luckily, Skylum has a really good instruction manual and TH-cam channel that explains everything in detail! Here's the page in the manual... skylum.com/luminar/user-guides/chapter-16-adding-a-watermark-or-logo And here's the video... th-cam.com/video/TumoVTFhcIg/w-d-xo.html :)
Haven't used it for over a year due to a major background posterization in the exported file, regardless of the export settings (didn't happen in Luminar AI). At first glance it looks fixed. Will give it another try.
Not sure whether i Want to edit any photos that i do. I want to keep them in original form, but at least i have opportunity to see the software that U r using etc
Neo is good, still a bit unstable at version 1.16.1 but it suffers extensively at its subnominal ability to erase very well and also doesn't have presets that are as diverse as Snapseed; which SHOULD be Mac/PC by now!

I primarily use Capture One. I have used Luminar, but I am not a fan of AI.

If I have to "rent" the software, I'll not use it. Period. I won't even try it. This is a hard line for me. Just my personal opinion, nothing more.
There's a perpetual license.
❤ thanks
