My ex narcissist reunited with his ex 2 days after I broke things off. They got engaged quickly and went to Cabo. I am to the point I need to delete my Social Media permanently. It's so hard to deal with the aftermath. And watching all of our friends and family acting as if nothing happened. It feels like a dream. I've literally doubted my own reality over this.
I say this out of love… GET OFF OF HIS SOCIAL MEDIA!! AND STAY OFF OF IT!! Their posting those things because they know you’re watching and are trying to torment you further. The friends and family that you mutually had, are no longer YOUR friends and family. Stop doubting your reality, you’re not the problem. No one will ever be good enough for him. The new wife, will see the truth soon enough. I know its not easy, it hurts your soul, I’ve been there but you have to start your healing somewhere. And thats a great place to start. I was with a narc for 6 years and didn't even realize it until it was over. I knew the definition of narcissim on paper, but didn't truly understand it until I started educating myself about it. It taught me that somebody that already doesn't value themselves can't POSSIBLY add value to another person's life. If they see no value in themselves, how actually can they ever see it in you?...as for the new supply?...they're suffering too LoL.
It's very hard to see what it is by textbook definition while you're in it most times. But it's exactly what it is. Nobody who feels good about themselves would want to make someone else feel this way!

To begin with my daughter refuse to talk to her father, due to a big promise broken n pushed her away. Within a year he has bn through many new supplies, no contact has worked however finds way to make contact. Now he says he married, congratulations, he didn't like it. I'm so happy he out of my life but feel sorry for the new suppliez.

I’m just so mad I gave up my life. I sold everything to move states away all for him to abandon me. I know nobody out here where I’m at, and I’m still thriving. I always wondered this I just found out my ex is engaged it’s been almost a year since they been together they recently lost a baby at birth then literally 2 months later engaged. So obviously he plans on keeping her around long term. Is it they eventually treat them the same it’s just a matter of when? He spent all his adult life away from home until less then a year ago. His family see the same as I do. It’s confusing to me on when it actually started. When I left, I didn’t tell him. I did everything while he was at work, packed and had the movers …left!!
It’s usually stems form a childhood trauma some kind of abandonment by their parent’s, lack of discipline from the parents, letting the child having their own way without any discipline or accountability. Unfortunately, if the person with this disorder is not willing to faced his/her fears and get lifetime continuous therapy, then the cycle just continues with them destroying other people lives as well as self distrusting theirs.
To be honest, you are inaccurate. God never said such a thing as a so-called “narcissism” and nor is it implied to exist. It is in fact an invention of atheists rooted in Ancient Greek mythology. All humans has sin or has done sin, including you. No one is good. Bottom line - If someone has moved on and gotten married or engaged to anyone else, then the only wise mature but painful decision is to wish them well and move on.
