A “self aware “ narc lies. Remember that. They will never tell you everything that goes on within them. A married narc will tell their wives they love them. How? They don’t love anyone. It’s things like that they’ll say. You have to trust God when it comes to ALL matters of the heart. Satan was the first narcissist. You see how that turned out for the narc. Those are the world’s narcissists. The only way they can change is through God. Not therapy not counseling. God. That’s it. I had no problem accepting my narc hurt me on purpose. Why? Im an Empath. I understood exactly what I was dealing with. Actually,that was easier to accept than the idea of me doing something to deserve it. Lord knows I tried everything to make him happy. When they disappear they are basically hunting for new supply to add to the harem garage to include in their rotation.or cycling through old supply. That is basically the essence of a narcassistic relationship and it can take a long time before you realize that you are being scammed.

My brother… I started seeing them the first month I was with said person. They went away after 8 months after they left me. Then as soon as they came back, it started again. People thought I was nuts. Eventually I could tell how my day would go with that person from the numbers. 2:22 was they were going to contact me. 4:44… it would e a terrible night. Even clocks that weren’t set right. I unplugged my digital clocks. It’s really amazing that someone could help me heal without judgement. Thank you man

People who have never dealt with narcissist will never understand nor support NO Contact. They would intervene and suggest to connect them. But that will not be good. Any contact with narcissist is damaging.

Well said 👍 - no contact is not a punishment for a narcissist but a protection of a victim of narcissistic abuse from a narcissist. I did feel guilty for going no contact from my psycho ex when I left him for the very first time when he put hands on me but then apologized, said it was an accident due to him being drunk. He wrote a long letter a slipped it under my door. In that letter he explained how he appreciated me and couldn’t live without me. I was too naive and believed in that total BS. It was a HUGE mistake. So shortly after I forgave him and broke no contact he tried to kill me. This time I realized that if I continue to be around him he eventually would kill me. Only second time I went no contact with no guilt and regret - because things became extreme and dramatic.

Words of wisdom ❤ I was married to a narcissist for over 16 years, he is a Police Officer. Divorced now for about 4 months. I started therapy in 2020 as I started preparing to leave him. Having dealt with several narcs, I agree with you. One past narc, sent me a photo of himself over my phone where he was staring with intense, soulless, black eyes. Another narc had a whole, long word-salad conversation with me, in which she made no sense. On another occasion, I lost my debit card, but didn't tell her. The next day, she told me that she found a lost debit card and took it to a restaurant and bought a meal with it. Only for me to find my lost debit card inside my place a day or two later. Another narc's face com- pletely transformed. His face elongated unnaturally, his mouth made a horizontal line, and his eyes changed colors from green to dark brown. On another occasion, he basically tried to get me to swear allegiance to Satan.
