I was having alot of trouble on the last section, but your explanation on the Ghost trick and Hunter bypass really helped me to get this week's challenge completed.
Friendly tip, at 17:00 when you're trying to make the jump on the rock, once you're on the rock you can jump straight to the next platform, no need for the jump between the outcrop to get to the platform. Thanks for the guide btw, very handy. :)
For anybody having trouble getting a Ghost up that first ledge, there's another Ghost parked behind you, near another Carbine/PP crate. Back up one Ghost to the rocks, creating a ramp, then "wheelie" over it with the other. Smooths out this run if you're going to be tracking back and forth to despawn Covies.
I am currently trying LASO,and i am having a blast with it.LASO is prolly the best challenge i have come across in my gaming years.It tests the nerves of some and the skill of others.I am trying to get all the reward from it i can by doing two LASO missions a week getting the weekly challenges and since i have not beat the Campaign on Legendary yet i will feel slightly more rewarded when i complete LASO by recieving Master Chiefs armor for online gameplay.
For the fighting in the cartographer section, I've noticed that simply activating the active camo forces the jackals into "patrol mode" and thus allowing you to headshot them fairly easily without using plasma pistols or grenades.
thank you very much, thanks to your guides i've been able (after MANY tries) to complete those 5 missions, now i just need to complete the last 2 where the 4th mission is the one i look the least forward to. but thank you very much for the help ^^
this was VERY impressive. thank-you for the video. i have been using the naked eli guides for speed running some levels, but i have not seen anything like this.
Legendary went smoothly...LASO is going to be hell. But with more people maybe with holograms and helping each other jump up to impossible places will help. It definitely helped in Composer to have a 2nd person to help assassinate all the elites
If you die, press start, use 'save and quit.' Once you are back to the lobby, hit 'resume.' You will go back to the last checkpoint, rather than the start of the level - which is what would have happened if you had let Iron do it's jobs. It's been a 'feature' in every game since Halo 3.
The only glitch I didn't know about was the going back to despawn the enemies. That would have helped a lot on a legendary run. Time to the LASO part :D 2 missions left to go. Requiem and Infinity!
Thanks for the video. I just got the Master Chief collection and was trying to figure out how the LASO playlist was even possible. You have been the most helpful and pleasant to listen to of the videos I found. So I am going to attempt it, though I am not sure if the re-release will play the same.
I watched a few more of some of the other players, and I can't say they are less informative. They all are really helpful. I think I was a little biased since I watched yours first, lol. I will try, but I think I will have to practice a lot before I can actually attempt it.

I recently found MythicTyrant's channel by chance and enjoyed watching his Legendary walkthroughs for Halo 4. Then he had you on his recent Spartan Ops video so I subscribed to your channel as well. Thinking I'll give this LASO stuff a shot, even though I'm not that great at campaign. Just solo legendary was hard enough for me. I didn't know any of the tricks though.
Practice and luck. You're only seeing the successful attempt remember. I died quite a few times at The Gate. What do you mean by 'Elite Tangos'? The circle-strafing? That's practice again. Practice on lower difficulties and then move up to Legendary. I always do.
I use 2 pieces of blu-tack. One for vehicles (centre of screen) and one for first-person weapons (slightly below centre). I'm actually better at aiming with these than the standard reticles...
I hate the cartographer building soo much... I've done the 5 missions you've posted so far (using save & quit-im not patient or skilled enough to do it properly) and i have to say that building is probably the hardest part so far.

Many of the levels it will be easier 2p co-op (so you don't have to save and quit to get around iron) But some levels (i.e. Midnight, Forerunner) that second idle player will just make it impossible.
RC you know your ways to kill jackals? well you can just shoot there hand and then head because if you shoot there hand the bring there hand up (hand with shield) and then there head is shown
Are you on Legendary? Grenade use, especially with Knights, varies by difficulty. Even with Catch on. This is annoying for practice IMO. Certain Elites are very partial to weapon and won't use grenades much either. You'll have to learn it.
I am currently working my way through the game on legendary difficulty, but the only skull I am having difficulty with is "BLIND" I find myself wasting ammo trying to figure out where the cross-hair would be for a successful head-shot. HOW DO YOU DO IT? and make it look so darn easy?
Ha ha so many exploits. I am pretty good at Multiplayer, usually got the most kills but for some reason I struggle on campaign, even on Normal. Very well done on this, even if 90% is just avoid and evade.

This is something very few people know but there's a sniper rifle on top of the ship part to the right at the start of the mission

I used a small bit of the sticky part of a rizla paper cut into a chevron instead of blue tack, it works perfectly with no residue issues.

To make blind easier, you can put paper or blue tack where your reticle would usually be and use that to your advantage :D

i did spartan ops way earlier,typed in the codes and boom,they work.
When your on the bridge, it can be easier if you kill the sniper jackal so your shields wont go down. Just my personal advice
