But I think a B- or C+ is fair for her. If U know something about vocal techniques U''ll understand that it's very difficult to reach A or even B+ since there are a lot of technical requirements for such levels.

@@giorgosmanioudakis2813 omg sure! Christina's technique is pretty awful, she strains a lot while belting and her supported range is very narrow. Her agility is good but the runs she executes are always the same so it takes away her ability to create original runs. Overall her singing is most of the time unpleasant, and even shouty. In my opinion she's B- or even C+. As for Ariana, her technique is okay to good, her belts are full and nice to the ear, and she managed to extend her lower register (which is also very pleasing). She is able to riff and run pretty easily but her excessive movement of the jaw creates tension. She tends to raise her larynx in her upper register (E5 and above) which could lead to strain and even hurting her voice. Her falsetto is GORGEOUS but she lacks head voice, which stops her from mixing (a blend of head and chest voice). Overall her singing is pretty good but there are times where she gets whiny. I'd give her a B+ to A- vocally. That's all I know about those two
Beyonce is not just an excellent performer, she's also an incredible vocalist... And I'd give her a star anytime.

she does has weak low register but at LEAST she can support F3 LIVE meanwhile your favourite singers , even tho hitting C3, still sounds airy,weak,breathy,low larynx and the worse is not even support it.
she even has own musicality and artistry when she and the team make an arrangement for some particular songs and make it as a MASTERPIECE..at least she is ORIGINAL as compared to your favourite singer who are karaoke-machine, copycat-machine and just do exact cover as an original...goshhhh low musicality.
I love Britney, I think it's unfortunate that she wasn't able to fully explore her deeper register and develop it. Although, I love her higher register as well because her tone is so unique :)

Why is Beyonce an A+. Real vocal critics that knows their shit would actually put Bey in the star rated category. There are a lot of other singers on here that don't even belong in their rightful place whether it be higher or lower. This list is bias and obviously based on personal opinion.
The only vocalist's where I express bias is anyone with "2 Stars" other then that I tried to accurately rate each individual singer however there is a 1 ranking margin of error meaning if someone is ranked C you could argue C+ if someone is ranked D- you could argue D i'm sure you get the point but to argue over A+ and Star ranking is Petty.

Adele definitely has a beautiful unique timbre and can deliver emotions accurately in her songs, but to be honest, her singing technique is mediocre. As an artist, she stylizes her songs perfectly and makes herself swiftly recognizable. As a vocalist, she has to improve her singing skills, especially control of her registers. She’s not good at connecting her voice, and often uses unhealthy falsetto in her songs. Hopefully, she can practice using head voice and mixed voice, which can protect her gorgeous voice from being destroyed again.

I think I'd bump both Ailee and Jojo a little. They do have issues with chestyness (and Ailee in particular struggles with vowels above C5), but they have quite large supported ranges, much larger than some others in the B+ category anyway. They both possess a resonant head voice and are capable of complex runs (Jojo to a much greater extent of course). So I'd put Ailee at A-/A and Jojo at A+. Fergie and Miley aren't the best vocalists by any means, but I'd bump them a bit too, considering they're better than the other girls in their respective categories. It was pretty cool to see singers like Victoria and Miranda here haha. Big thanks for not forgetting singers like Lara and Monica!
Hold up, i love JoJo but sha nobody's A+. I'm not disregarding your comment or arguing just giving you some things to think about. JoJo is a *great* singer however, she's shrill, nasally and a little shouty at times. Her texture is cool very *soulful* i would give her a B+ or A... she also lacks power as well
@jocriss Yes, her runs are on point, agility, and support as well, however, let's not forget how *shrill* she can be when she tries to support outside her register. Also, her voice isn't very powerful like some of the champs, with stars...I feel she's a *way* better singer than Ariana Grande, but she's still not an A, maybe an A- but not an A

Let's be honest. Up to this date no one surpasses Whitney and Mariah during their prime. Even veteran vocalist could never.
They are the gold standard! However Lara Fabian and Lisa Fischer are right up there with them in my opinion

I just have trouble understanding why Sohyang isn't two stars when Lara and Lisa are. This is clearly very biased. I'd like to know the criteria tbh. Sohyang is up there with Whitney and Mariah. Maybe not in terms of sucess or iconic hits but vocally which I assume it's whats being judged here
