I was also going to put Boyz II Men in my list but thought I will try to keep it solo. But yes they are so many groups that are amazing vocalists that you just listed. Hopefully we will get some videos highlighting their amazing vocals.
The only thing I can think of is the person who made the video doesn’t know a lot of male artist?

There are so many great male vocalist that could have been highlighted in the worlds of R&B/Soul and Gospel but I also understand how the list is comprised of names and faces that we can assume most are already familiar with. Tyler Joseph is actually a fantastic singer with a nice range. How he got rated a C- is beyond me. Seems like the make of the video probably hasn’t really heard much of it at all. I’d put him at at least a B- at the lowest.

"Emotional Interpretation" in the criteria list pretty much downgrades the list from an *objective* exercise to a *subjective* one. The video for the ladies at least didn't have that *subjective* parameter, and could pass as a purely *technical* analysis/rating. This male list one, nope. Too bad the video originator wasn't interested in making another video for male strictly based on objective parameters. That video is still enjoyable though, don't get me wrong. As long as people remember the subjective and objective criteria are *mixed* together to produce the list, I'm fine with it.

Do you know what means by "with publicity"? That's "known vocalists" because there are probably dozens unknown talented who have never been on a stage that goes broadcasted in air or on TV (e.g. Laura's Fifth Element on TH-cam).

Tbh, I don't know much about Vitas but his early performance of Opera 2 (& some online discussion on his vocal range). His name just popped up in my mind.
For Tom, he had already been a star-rated vocalist even without formal operatic training (so are some other pop vocalists) with his support, resonance, breath control, mix & consistency. Agility is decent. He went more with heavy metal elements, similar to Steelheart's Michael.
I doubt Michael Jackson had had your so-called "formal training" (operatic training if that's what you meant). I am not sure if that's the only threshold to be "star rated".

Uhm, no way Chris is better than Jason when it comes down to vocals and vocals only. Jason had classical training. He can sing opera. His falsetto is to die for, live and in studio and his tone is so smooth and just pleasant to the ear. Chris on the other hand, barely sings live. And even when he does he is incosistent and there's nothing impressive about his vocal abilities.
