Wonderful fun. I was helped by my Salsa dancing from way back when, muscle memory kicked in but otherwise might have been a steeper learning experience. Will slow down the video and look again. I am a Tango dancer but love the energy and fluidity of Salsa.
My post covid body is screaming for attention and the incredible loss of flexibility finally got my attention today. Most beginner videos are still beyond my means, but this one is fun and even if I can't follow exactly on point I am still moving! At 60 my joints don't want to be bounced around alot so these moves are great for stretching and getting back some cardio. Thanks for the motivation, I can't wait to dance again tomorrow!
I loved going to the gym commardry and such fun instructors who became friends. Since covid all that has stopped but thankfully you have provided me with human contact and my Happy Dance!

In contrast to the pervious 19 year old poster, I'm 69 years old. I used to do a lot of aerobics e.g. step, and high impact many years ago. With a torn meniscus a year ago, I opted not to get surgery, as I have a super physical therapist. I told him I can't remember when the last time was that I had a good cardio workout. He suggested recently that I try some easy dance moves. I think this video is a perfect start.

I was always afraid to do any of these dances but you make me feel comfortable and feel encouraged and I have done the 15 min various dances and. 10 min salsa everyday for 10 days and I feel so good doing it. Thank you!!

So much so that my daughters feared I was losing too much weight but I hadn’t lost a pound, just firmed up my mid section which is all I needed to look great in a swimsuit and little black dress. There is no other dance video that works your core as well as these. I highly recommend 375!

Are those latin music back? They are the best to shake your bones. If you got some difficulty to learn the steps do not worry about. Just close your eyes and move your body folowing the rhythm. You 'll find out the YOU CAN DANCE. Good job, youg lady. Dancing is such a fun.

I'm 59 yo. The dance give me lot of fun to keep moving while I'm quarantining in hotel for 3 weeks. The steps are easy to follow and the music is lovely. It also keeps me sweating and easy to pass the time. Thanks the lovely video.

I have been dancing latin Ballroom for many years, and feel lucky to find your 2 videos for fitness with Latin Dance. Just did both videos, and feel well worked out. Do you have any more videos on u tube, hate Zumba as it got no elegance at all, never do it.
