Naohiro Kobayashi, publisher of the free paper, 'Tsurutokame'. In Tsurutokame, dispatching the attraction of the local old folks, from his hometown at Iiyama, "Oku-Shinano"(remote area of the Shinano). After university studies, why did he return to his home town, continuously bringing everyone the charm of the old folks. What are the attractions that attracted him? The way of living? costume? or.... Naohiro Kobayashi, will be sharing the reason which attracts him and the motivation continuing to share the attraction. Introduction of the attraction of the hometown.
