I found out by taking a skills test at a jobs workshop that this is my personality. Add to that a sensitive disposition, and this assessment fits perfectly!

People's personalities tend to overlap a lot so you'll find the characteristics mentioned in this video in yourself if you search for them. I have confirmed I am an ISFJ, and while this video covers some very good and important points, I think it exaggerate some aspects of the ISFJ personality. In particular, we are not as optimistic as it portrays us to be. We are better at foreseeing negative events and preparing for the worst outcomes. Previously I left a comment indicating which parts of the video I disagree with and why, but I deleted it after considering that I may have projected my own personality onto the ISFJ type as a whole (ISFJs are very diverse, believe it or not). Nonetheless, if you are an ISFJ and you don't see yourself described very accurately by this video, take it with a grain of salt. In fact, take anything said about ISFJs that doesn't apply to you with a grain of salt. ISFJs are the most misunderstood yet (ironically) the most common type classified by Myers-Briggs.
great info, but why are the people in the video so stressed, upset etc. this should be a happy positive video all that is shown is depressed people. very disapointed.

I am dating an ISFJ who has the avoidant attachment style. So good with friends and other people, but not so much in a relationship.

I did a 16 personality test today and i got defender ISFG, im 13.
Was once ISFJ, now ESTJ. Or a combo of the two.
I took the personality test 3 times and got the same result. This confirms it but I do say no at times but I really do hate conflict.
