    Thanks! Couldn't find the blade lock button on the right until I saw this. Exactly the help I needed. And the bungee trick is great!

    Remember that the Bore ring on the new saw is only 24.4mm , most new blades have a 30mm bore hole in the centre, so remember to change the ring to a size that’s suits the blade you are replacing the origonal blade with or your blade won’t run smoothly at all I don’t know why they don’t tell you this in the instruction manual 👍👍

    Did they use lock tight because this is not moving

    • @quickfirefred34

      No lock tight I think they have a machine spin the bolt into place so it's over tighten for no reason all I can say is give it alittle Persuasion I thought I was going to break mine too Till it Released

      Im going to try making some flat spots and getting a wrench on it. This Allan key system is a massive mistake on a $800 saw,( canadain)

      @TomMagicWoodworking  ปีที่แล้ว

      The key system works ok providing they have not made it stupid tight, which is what they keep doing. As for the flat spots take it easy but sounds like a good possibility other than that take it back to where you got it.Best of luck

    I bought this circular on a 40v battery and when I loosened the screw with the hex to insert the canvas, the shape of the screw was damaged and it is slipping and I don't know how to solve this problem😭

      I would contact Mikita customer services and tell them it was damaged when you bought it. They were very good. They will send you a replacement. Thanks for watching

    The inner keeper and washers fell off when I removed the blade. Now I can’t get it back together. I’ve tried every which way but I’m apparently doing something wrong. It would be nice if you could include the entire process. Thank you.

    just got this new. trying to install the blade, they've done the bolts SO insanely tight, the blade guard lock I had to use a hammer to get to tuning, and have yet not managed to get the blade nut to even move, I am quite frustrated, this is ridiculous.
    quite pissed off right now.

      I feel for you in my latest video I just bought a new 18volt version of that mitre saw and had the same problem I even talk about it in the video. All I can recommend is spray with wd40 leave it a while then try again all the best with it.

      @@TomMagicWoodworking Ended up taking it back to total tools (Australia)
      had four guys give in a crack and even tried a impact drive, it would not move, so, they DOA'd it and swapped me out another one on the spot and checked it was OK, and off I went all sorted.
      excellent customer service.
      so I am all happy again yay!
      a few test cuts and it's SO MUCH BETTER than my cheap crappy 909 Chinese knock off (yea funny that eh? lol)
      thanks for replying! and thanks for the video that sold me on this unit.
