Well done Estelle, thanks for speaking about this. I could relate to so much of it. I was so surprised by the change in body odour!
The work place speaks about and celebrates everything except menopause!
HRT was an absolute life saver for me, please consider it to the woman out there. Also follow Dr Marie Clair for comprehensive information, tips, advice and support.

I really appreciate how your talk prioritizes psychological safety, encouraging open and honest conversations about menopause in the workplace. Something that is very rare but needs to be highlighted at every workplace. This will be helping to build a culture of inclusivity, empathy, and support. This is a game-changer Estelle! Thank you for leading the way!

Great initiative in educating the ladies and men with regards to "natural phenomenon" hormonal changes, fluctuations, and how support is so imperative during this time. Go make waves in educating beyond the norms🙏

Thanks Estelle....We need to normalize speaking more openly about this as women amongst our groups. it's treated as Taboo and " ahg, it's something we just have to live with" We need to educate ourselves on the food we eat , vitamins that's needed and most importantly exercise of the body and mind. We need force our doctors to listen to what we telling them we experiencing. it's a known fact that there is not enough research or funding that goes into the female body and female issues such as menopause, our illnesses , medical research is done based on the male body and structure.
