Because people buy them, unfortunately. If they sat and sat, they'd have to rethink things. They do it to create as many lots as they possibly can, which yields a higher ROI
I’m in California! That was the first thing I said. We’re on 2 1/2 acres. We paid 582 back in 2014. Now it’s 1M. Housing is crazy. Gone are the days of 20 acres and a home for 500k

Lovely home; LOVE the screened-in patio. Yes, the homes are close BUT, it’s a sub-division, what do people expect? All nice homes are costing this much. This house is gorgeous, has 5 BR and 5 baths; give me a break. If you want more land, move to a more spaced community but, this home is gorgeous!
Gorgeous home. Buuut imagine paying > $2m for a SFH and being able to lean out our window to knock on the neighbor's window to ask them to keep the noise down. Imagine having zero land for kids to play, dogs to wee, etc. I live on a 3rd floor condo, so every dog walk is a literal walk. No yard to let them out. I could spend $2m and still have nowhere to let the dog out. We should be congratulating the developers for sucking every possible penny out of the land that they could.
Sorry guys...your tours are amazing, and I look forward to them. The developers' greed is what makes me SMH

Guys, I promise you can still get your 10 acres with your 2 million dollars. It's just not this house. This is for people who don't want the maintenance of that kind of space. Some times people have different priorities on how they want to live.

check your wifi, check your machine. Every video they put out is smooth as butter for me.
@@DellyDoo did both, it’s the only video doing this. Watching another 4K video without issue and switching back. This is the only one that stutters. Not sure why, if you’re saying there’s no frames dropping. Trust me machine or Wi-Fi are not issues. Verified 500 mb down on an Apple TV 4K, shouldn’t be any issues.
