This is a beautiful home especially if your a person like myself who LOVES windows and natural light!!! my only small issues is I wish they would have made the living room (front) a solid wall - the one facing the street, also would have only had patio doors in the middle and windows on the side of patio door match on both sides.....
Nice home but I think the builder could have used that much property better and gave the home more character kinda reminds me of a shotgun house everything straight back
Great showing, thank you for posting!!!!...I could def see the maid stating up front, "I don't do windows"......Wayyyyyyyyyyyy to many windows for me. However, even with that said.....It's a keeper....I like the layout, the high ceilings and the layout of the Master!!!!
This would be a wonderful home...in a safer world. Too white and too much glass. Even in a great neighborhood this home needs a lot of security. It's a nice house though.
I love the reclaimed wood! Not up against a stark white wall, but up to the owners to decorate. Clearly I'm up North because when I saw that driveway all I thought was it's a damn good thing Nashville gets hardly any snow because whoever would have to shovel that driveway would probably die. I love the study! Odd location I thought. I'm not sure if I like these super long houses as they tend to have unusual floor plans. Like the upstairs hallway. I'd fully expect to see twin girls screaming REDRUM at me while I was just trying to ride my Big Wheel in peace. 🙃 Thanks for the tour team! As usual stellar production work and you showcased it beautifully.
That's entirely too many access point for me. Doors leading directly outside in every room it seems. It's different. I'm not sure I see 4 million in that home. Maybe 2.3 million.
This house is STUNNING...but PLEASE architects of the world: can we LOSE the kitchen islands with either sinks or stove tops? PLEASE?? Who wants to sit at the sink? Or the stove top--in any home, let alone one on the market for $4m. And glass railings....Okay...rant is done. 🤪
I noticed a construction mistake on the chimney . NO FLASHING ON THE CHIMNEY , which will lead to water damage leaks where the roof meets the chimney !!!
I cant figure out the closest upstairs. The one with the weird 10" wide nook and the one that looks like a pantry. For storage you think the shelving would be adjustable.
This home is an abomination of design. Mixed hardware finishes, mixed door panels, garage door & bay layout is non sensical, long hallway upstairs without back staircase.
This is not even close to 4 million. Not well thought out with extra large windows and glass doors with neighbors and a street 20 feet in front of you. Unattached garage...really! You show some real winners but this one misses the mark.
First home I completely liked without a pool because it is laid out correctly for me even with an upstairs I may not use that often.... NICE
The barn board storage room under the stairs looks like a toolshed in your kitchen!
🌹 Beautiful! Im new to your channel, and so far all of the footage is gorgeous. Thank you for your professionalism and fantastic music. 🌹

Love the natural light and beautiful fixtures!
Absolutely stunning! However, I do feel it is better suited for a larger private lot.
Nice contemporary house. Nice size shower
I’m in love with the primary bathroom! 😍 Thanks so much for sharing this tour! 😊❤️
Exceptional home. The lush green grass makes it more Attractive
Loved it.
Great Videos! I really Like what you have put together here!
The outside of this house is fantastic, but the distribution of the second floor is odd....
Windows on your bathtub and shower? Who does that?
Just put up some sheer shades. Also the house on that side was pretty far away so it’s not like anyone is going to see you.
Gorgeous Gorgeous
The cabinetry is exquisite. And it is bright and fresh. Love it. Just wish the floors weren’t dark.
Nice home but too much glass for me
Nice home but I think the builder could have used that much property better and gave the home more character kinda reminds me of a shotgun house everything straight back
@@xavierdh2000 it’s a long narrow lot
4 mil bruh? Where’s the other 5,000 sq feet?

This 🏡 belongs on or near a lake.
We stay strapped in TN boi
ADT , Guns and Custom curtains…problem solved
Seems a tad pricey for what it is.
No va bè è stupenda rimarrà nei miei sogni
Imagine what the cost would be for Windex for this beautiful home! LOL! I love all the windows!
This house is Beautiful!!! I’m a sucker for big open windows but this is a bit much. A little privacy is needed, especially in the bathrooms❤️

Very lovely but not private enough.

I'd be paranoid living with such an open house to the public.
What paint color is that exterior grey beige black color?

The Kitchen Is Too Small for 4 mil House
Yea that’s true kinda remind me of what they used to call a Shotgun House where everything flows in one direction
Also not a big fan of living in a glass house
These homes are beautiful, but seem incredibly overpriced…
That’s not $4 million
talk about a lot of natural light , ive seen high rise buildings with out that much light
This home is an abomination of design. Mixed hardware finishes, mixed door panels, garage door & bay layout is non sensical, long hallway upstairs without back staircase.
This home was not show ready
Needs more trees and more privacy. $4 mil to have people see into your home?

This house sucks lol
