I feel like for 2024 models the Nightster is actually a fair amount better value than the Scout. Base Nightster is now only $12k with the Special being $13.5K. The Scout Bobber 60 (cheapest Scout) technically starts at ~$10.8k but doesn't even have ABS and if you want ABS (or a color which requires ABS) now you're just under to over $12k for a bike that makes less power, less torque, has significantly more weight, handles worse, rides worse, is forward controls only, and has less features (no traction control, ride modes, or LED lights) . The 1133cc Scouts are all above $13k w/ black and ABS, and offer nothing extra beyond additional power/torque (brings it inline with Nightster) and a sixth gear. Nightster Special gets you pillion accommodations, TPMS, Bluetooth, USB charging, TFT dash, and cruise control.
The S has slightly different bars, the dash from the Sportster S so you can connect with your iPhone and a passenger seat with pegs and cruise control.
This guy doesn't know anything about what he's talking about. Find me a cruiser sub 10gs with cruise control. Man's said the scout is comes with more... A scout bobber is more then this bike as a base model. And doesn't even come with a tft display. Like the special does. The special is like 13.9k with heated grips cruise control blue tooth connectivity usb charging. 3 different ride modes. Tps monitoring. ..go check out what the Indian scout bobber gets yah for 16k.
Is there anything different other than the license plate being behind the wheel rather than the side on the 24 versus the 23 because I just bought a 23 special I’d love to know what the differences in the 24

its a heck of a bike, I have one and can smoke any stock softail.
It’s a good bike, but it’s got some decent competition in the liquid cooled cruiser category.

The Honda Rebel comes to mind.
I test rode this bike before the new Scouts were announced, I know the Scouts recently got a price increase.

Seems like the scout is a much better bike for the money.
The left side tho lol
I have one
Nice 👍, hope you got it on the used market. They’ll listed on the cheap 👍
Baja is only on the Special. Stopped watching after 20 secs.
