You have such excellent content and presentation. Am watching your vid with my wife, who also makes kefir. I am puzzled as to why you have relatively few views. I have a similar problem with my YT vids (not about kefir). Can't figure out why. (?)

@@ViennaNSLimI don't think there's really any limit...just go with how your body feels when you're drinking it. If you're taking in too much for your body it will tell you. But yeah I use it all sorts of ways and sometimes drink a cup or two a day!

I like to use kefir in recipes that call for buttermilk some recipes. It has worked out well for me.

I make my own kefir with kefir grains I received from a friend. I was told store bought kefir isn’t as good.
I think in general store bought anything is inferior to homemade!

The whey reaaly helps plants to grow, just put it down into the soil for the roots to get it instead of racoons. I live in ontario.@@ahomesteadlife

A miniture cow produces a half a gallon of fresh milk plus does not eat as much as a bigger cow.
