Watçh for thin spots with the Dremel
When you put your manifold back on and went through the re-torque sequence, did any of the mounting posts start collapsing/mushrooming over on you?
No not at all.
@@KevinJonesTH-cam two of mine did. No support ribs on the LS2 manifold like all the other LS manifolds
Why not use the gasket or do you port that too?
The gaskets are an o-ring type that seal each individual port and there are 8 of them on an LS. Not possible to use a gasket to port match an LS engine.
How did you clean the inside ...if you cant reach the back did you dip in in something or rinsed with water or carb cleaner ?
I wash it with soap and water. Outside using a garden hose.

@@KevinJonesTH-cam Hey Mr. Jones do you have a recommendation for an epoxy? Is there a Derlin epoxy base that binds with derlin plastics like without amines or something like that some kind of nano tech?
