Great Video! I unbolted the top & split the two halves. Made it easier to work on the snout section. Also, I used a 2-part epoxy and filled the voids in the runners then ported. For $1200., the intake should be near flawless & not need to be "fixed". Enjoy your videos! Keep up the great work!

    Great video.
I'm about to purchase this exact manifold for my C-7 Grand Sport, good to know what to expect when received. I believe if you are going to put out $1,200.00 for this manifold it should come from the manufacturer as clean as you have done. So much for quality control I guess. Again great video, thanks for posting. Look forward to future posts.

Thanks for posting up this video bro. Now I know what I'm in for when I get my intake. Yes...for the price, the manufacturing process is pretty bad.

yeah an electric dremmel would be fine since you don't need to get too far down the runner to clean up the flash on the msd

honestly it will be very little, im guessing maybe 2-3. but if your building a max effort set-up its definitely worth it.

Can you point me in the right direction on what you have to do to fit it on a L83?

cristian ortiz we have yet to do the install. But from what I’ve heard is you need to add an older pulley to re-route away from snout and sometimes grind the alternator abit when using a larger tb. Unfortunately I don’t have any part numbers or anything like that, if I run into it I’ll definitely vlog it and make a video

Why are you worried about washing it? There's no way it will be as clean without washing it. Takes 5minutes with a hose and simple green
