1. Quickly click the "I Button", it shows "t 1", the click the "Down Button", it will show "Loc". Now Hold "I Button" it will show "Yes" which means it is locked. Click the "Down" button, it will show "no". Now you unlocked the controller and you can manual defrost or set temperature, etc.
