nice job ,the crank pulley made a huge difference on mine with the remap from velocity ,enjoy that power, ,make sure you locktite the bolts, thats a must
@@bradenostrowski6669 I got a 2022 gt500 supercharger I'm pretty sure I can make it work its a 2650 the 2300 is just too expensive plus I heard they only going to release it to people with their tuning packages
Or maybe based on the fact every other 5.0 supercharged Jag barely makes 700hp even with both pulleys. So yes, fastest jaguar in the world ... that still has an actual jaguar motor in it👍
@@kleetus92Stock rods are 36 Mn VS4 forged steel. Well capable of 1000+ HP. The pistons are cast just like basically every other high-hp engine out there. The crankshaft is not your typical gray cast iron crankshaft, it's a spheroidal graphite design that is very strong. The block is a very strong, rigid aluminum alloy design with oil spray jets for the pistons. Yes, it is an open deck block however so is the BMW N54 which is well known for making over 700WHP on stock internals (about 850HP at the crank). As long as you have a good tune, there is no need to worry about the open deck block, or even the pistons. The weakest link of this engine is the crankshaft, second to maybe the head studs (which you can get from ARP)

Awesome video! Your channel and build has came a long way.
My 2010 autobiography is still going strong (5 years.)
Still only straight piped.
I’d be happy with an xkr that ran mid to low 11@ 123mph. Gotta grab the jag twins before they somehow blow up in value
Where can I find that display screen ?
Man, that thing is a top tier now. Dont think anything comes close now!
Beast!!!!!
Have you looked at the new supercharger released by velocity ap for the xfr? It’s a direct bolt on and upgrade to a 2300cc

He’s running a cts V intake
Fastest Jaguar in the world? Based on what?
@@w-r-a-p-t-o-r I should say quickest in the world base on 1/4 1/8 and 60-130

@@thatslowjag going much over 625 on a factory motor with no internal work is a rolling bomb. Even Jaguar stopped at 623 on the project 8.
