I also use crosslink but I still etch the tub because I feel it works better like that. Great video
I agree! This is my first time using their product as I always use acid edge as part of my standard process with my normal coating
Looking good Danny!! Topkote its a pretty good product, you should also try Shurbond Coatings next🤙
I have tried Shurbond but their coating is not bright enough white as I would like! Some have more of a grayish tint to it. I have let them know. Resurface Solutions and Topkote have the brightest white.
@@DPTubs they have 2 different whites, they have a pure white and a tub white did you tried both colors? I really like their Tub White Color it matches perfect to a factory finished tub
@@diegomendoza6705 I like brighter than factory! I like tub white when matching for a repair but otherwise I like Pure or Bright White! I must have used the tub white
Will this work if I want too change colors? I have an old 70s aqua green tub that I would like to be white or tan. How long do you wait before use?
Hello yes it will work. 24 to 48 hours if using this product. If you never did it before prep is essential.

Later smooth! You will want to check air pressure and material viscosity…if it’s too thick or if needs reducer. Also consider how far you are from surface and how fast or slow your spraying is. Many factors can contribute to
How does the finish come out? Do you have to do quite a bit of wet sanding and buffing afterwards?
