Swag we need more commercial break downs about dollys and mechanical arms😂. The comic store worker was not board, she was depressed with no one being in the store and a bunch of crappy prop books to read.
Production definitely just bought some 90’s long boxes from Facebook for props knowing the mainstream audience would never care to notice lol. Regardless it’s a good commercial! Love the commentary 😂
One thing I took pride in about my comic shop, which I ran for over 18 years, was how often people remarked about how clean and organized it was. Frankly, I never felt it was clean enough, but I was always happy to hear that from customers and people that accompanied them. I am naturally all about organization and cleanliness, but it also was important to me not to fall into the old stereotype of what a LCS looks like. I even had female customers. 😉
An LCS that apparently only sells Marvel?? LOL Fun regardless. And as far as LCS' being represented in mainstream media, I'm actually surprised that you didn't mention Big Bang Theory.
I already have a pet peeve of some of the stores I go to having the employee restroom plain visible just thinking if the employees even washed their hands before handling the comics.

That's not true. Penny bought the Thor comic at Stewarts shop and then the girls argue over Thor and if Thor picks up the hulk does that mean the hulk could then pick up the hammer.

She's bored because the owner got into comics in 2021 and opened a store with several overpriced 90s collections he bought. Now the market is in a slump and the owner won't reprice his books so all the customers he was getting in 2021 stopped coming in.
Monopoly capitalism is the reason why we can't afford a home or rent, and why the earth is less livable everyday . I love comics and am a product of its nostalgia machine but the future is bleak.

Yeah, I know a few that are crazy clean. There’s a place called Hero Trader in FL that is one of the nicest places I’ve eve seen.
Enjoyed the commercial, it's too bad that a product such as Hostess fruit pies can't afford the property rights to any of the characters anymore!
