Songs from this time, it brings back incredibly great memories..... I was raised with a cousin and we were more like sisters, best friends than cousins. We loved watching pop-up video and our favorite songs on the countdowns hanging out after school. Listen to certain songs and watching some videos.... it makes me think of that time, especially when the weather starts turning cool. She's dead now, lost her a few years ago because of complications during the covid epidemic. Our granddaughter passed when we were in 9th grade and grandma passed last year. Or grandparents lived a couple houses down and helped to raise us. Both of my parents were active duty but very loving and involved sadly her parents were deadbeat alcoholics so she mostly lived with our grandparents and i was there while my parents were working, so we spent a lot of time together over there. we had our own room there with TV, radio and several other things. I forget sometimes that my cousin is gone, that THEY, all of them, are gone and will never return. I will still run across things and think: "Omg, I've got to send this to - oh, yeah, guess not." and have to take a minute to recompose myself. Normally, I avoid watching videos, listening to things or looking at pictures because even the happy memories make me cry but.... every now and then, I feel nostalgic and watch/listen and remember. Omg..... I'm sooooooo sorry ya'll..... I've turned a fun song with a funny video into a poor-me-pity-party! I do apologize! Any of you that did read all through it, thank you for sticking around.... I don't talk about it much but I must admit: ...venting about it anonymously and knowing someone will read it is kind of cathartic. Thank you. Edit: I'm not someone who is online a lot and used to venting to strangers... but since the internet allows me to talk about it anonymously and I feel a little better after doing so.... can anyone recommend a place where I can anonymously vent my feelings and stories and talk about it with others? Like an anonymous online support group....? I think I need help with the feelings I've been bottling up and avoiding. I have an EXTREMELY supportive husband, parents best-friends and work partner but I would feel better talking about it to outsiders, neutral third-parties and all.... I would really appreciate any suggestions at all. I would genuinely try out any reasonable suggestion presented. Thank you in advance.
No, hearing this doesn't make me feel old at all. It reminds me of burning CDs and going to to the skate rink with all my best friends to check out all the talent from the next city over. Smoking weed out of a can behind the shed and my first girlfriend. NO BIG DEAL!!

Just got to love these guys....it's a good sounding band and a mix of fun and ROCK...if you can't have fun .... don't do it ...
Hello how are you doing?
*If you want a new Bowling for soup song that you've probably never heard of, look up Endless Possibilities, yes it's the main theme for Sonic Unleashed, but you won't regret listening to it*
i remembered this band from when i was born to 8 years old. Up until recently i didn't know who wrote this song. This song was the one song that will remain with me for the rest of my life, i wish i could go back in time when this music was all over the radio. God I miss those days.
Heard this for the first time in over 10 years when I met this amazing man who was listening to it. It made me look at him differently...hes a good man with bad tendencies and I think iv met my match. David Smith.....I lush you x
that girl has the high school hot topic fashion!! #NOSTALGIA

+pancakesandtea Hot Topic is an American retail chain specializing in alternative culture-related clothing and accessories, as well as licensed music.
chownful ahh I see, thanks,
this type of music will always be better then what's on the radio nowadays, just my opinion
Agreed
True
Lol. I agree too. But you all know how old that makes us sound by saying it? Just think, the next thing we have to look forward to in our life is our midlife crisis that's coming in the next 10 years or so.
And can you believe our grandparents were saying the same things about our music. (Those kids and their music.)
However, i love this song!!
Depends on what frequency you're on.
I have been trying to find this song forever I miss this kind of music I loved bowling for soup, all-American rejects, green day, ect, ect I could go on and on but that would take all night I loved them growing up
Songs from this time, it brings back incredibly great memories.....
I don't talk about it much but I must admit:
...venting about it anonymously and knowing someone will read it is kind of cathartic.
Jeez do I feel old... going on 28 now... can I go back in time please god? If you exist then please put me back in this era
At least you got to live through it once, I was a little kid at the peak of this era 😣
No, hearing this doesn't make me feel old at all. It reminds me of burning CDs and going to to the skate rink with all my best friends to check out all the talent from the next city over. Smoking weed out of a can behind the shed and my first girlfriend. NO BIG DEAL!!
Out of a can lollll 😂 back in 2000 we would use a sanitizer bucket and a 2 liter at Burger King and make a gravity bong. Everyone including management partook. In the office. lol. Good times
Took me six years to realise he's singing through me and not groovy 🌚🔫
+Elle Brown took me longer than that to realise they were saying "screaming someone shoot me" ... not "screaming so much you'd pee" ..
Lol I had to go back to the part and listen to it to realize that it said through me and not groovy as well
Goddamn it Elle. I've always known it to be groovy. I don't know that I can change my ways at this point. Lol
+Sean Cobb Same...it will stay groovy
+Elle Brown forever thought it said groovy !! life changer
Loveddd this song when it came out! Didn’t realize till I was older that it was creaming and not dreaming lmfao. Also didn’t understand the reefer ref when I was younger but now I love it even more. BFS is lifeeee

It's like a thong
2 way pager... basically text messages before they were the main form of communication
See I thought it was a bra size 😂
@@marioalpizar2000 "it's like a thong" lmao....
its a gstring front and rear style
I'm 38 and I still can't stop relating to this song 🥺
Still hold a special place in ny heart 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻❤ love from Dimapur.
I feel the emotion put into this song for some reason, anyone else?
this song was written in less than half an hour according to the singer, slow down with the deep thoughts, you're gonna end up with a nosebleed.
The trends may change, but Bowling For Soup is timeless
2019 and reliving my high school days 🤘🏿🤘🏿
Legit woke up and this song was playing in my dreams and it's been a long freaking time since I've listened to this song ! I'm glad my brain remembered this jam! 😅
I wish songs like this would be popular again! I mean I like the new rap jams and stuff of today's era, but I'll never enjoy it like I do with this type. And you know any time a bar/cub/restaurant plays a song from blink/lit/BFS/Sum41/etc. EVERYONE sings it!
This song has been my anthem/theme song since I was 8 yrs old. I’m 24 and nothing has changed
OMG I FORGOT HOW MUCH I LOVED THIS SONG!
I love that the music video is still in 480p. Never change it
My childhood always brings me back to this song. Still love it in 2019.
If u think about it, this whole thing is hilarious... I always bust out laughing, love it
"Shes like em with a moustache"
"Does a mullet make a man?"
I solved it, the girl is in love with Joe Exotic lol 😂
Bahahahaha
Ha
Humour
Joe dirt
@@victormendoza-chance8755 My band released a demo last week and we're trying to get it out to people who love this same music as we do. Would really appreciate it if you could check it out. Pop Punk from the UK. Have a nice day 🤘🏻 th-cam.com/video/lxdWngfS7XU/w-d-xo.html
