@Mars … I know what you mean, Mars! I wasn’t sure about this home (I like the 9’ and 10’ ceilings of newer subdivisions) but this residence is really warm and quite lovely. I love the latticed wall by the pool, the use of marble everywhere is gorgeous, the kitchen is one of my favorites and the guest house is a bonus. I think the price is extremely fair.
I am taking a criminology class at my college and last week I had to write a search warrant for a specific room in the house. You can sure bet that I was pulling out all of these big fancy words I learned from you. My professor got the waterfall countertops and white accents.

He's got almost 400k subscribers, each one of his videos gets at least 200k views, the biggest hits gets over 1 million, the ratio of likes vs dislikes is always great, on the comment section people are always praising him on how awesome he is. The difference between you and other people who have started doing this kind of video inspired by you is huge. I have seen some of them, thanks to the TH-cam algorithm. Some of them stand in front of the camera and start telling what they have just memorized a bit ago, few do not know what to say when they enter a room, so they wait for a while absorbing the situation, panic, and then start talking gibberish nervously. I've seen another person who was unable to show us more than half of the house in a 20min long House Tour video. Whereas you, you know what you are doing what saying and showing to us too. Moreover, when you talk, it feels more like you are talking with me, face to face, and your transition from one room to another is seamless as well as doesn't break your flow. You really know how to hold the viewer's attention and communicate with them too. Plus hats off to your friend Mike & other camera crew. Just wish you guys made more than one video per week. Love love love this house! I fell in love with the kitchen first, then the separation of the different rooms. The flow of this home is amazing and I can picture gatherings when life allows. With the right people living in this home, it is easy to see how one could make it unique and not a cookie cutter home. Well done!

This home was lovely. I enjoyed this one. Usually I find tudor homes in the UK to be really ugly on the outside but it was a beautiful outside as it was inside. I loved all the marble in the bathrooms and the kitchen. Lovely guest house. Great video as always! Thanks guys
This is a stunning house and it shows it's genuine quality. It's been solidly built unlike a lot of new builds. The developer has done an extremely good job with this. By the way, I found it hilarious when you said a 'small fridge and stove' in the guest house. That 'small size' is standard here in Europe. It's not considered small. :-)
Enes really is one of the best his tours are so personal its almost as if I'm there with him great video I got a question tho enes how tall are those ceilings cuz either your really tall or those are some short ceilings haha

Hi Enes. What a lovely home. Love the "busy" floors in the bathrooms. The "older" tub/shower set ups etc. This home has so many unique details. I like how they incorporated the tudor style, old fashioned along with new features. It's a very nice mix. I was hoping the door to the sump pump was actually a Door to a "Hobbit" Den. 🤪 Oh, the pop of color in the guest suite was really fun too! Another great video. I think it's time for Enes to take things to the next level and have his own TV Show on HGTV. At this point he's just to big for TH-cam now. He has so much more to offer than what TH-cam can give. I don't know what his plans and goals are for the future, but I hope he dreams BIG and is ready to come up higher.
My heart almost stopped when I didn’t find a new video at 20:30 pm but then i rember because of the time change new videos will come out one hour later 😅
I loved the modern upgrades in this home. It was reminiscent of the home in which I grew up, except the exterior of our English Tudor was all stone, and we had a 3rd floor. We had 7 bedrooms and a Sun Room/Nursery, 5 Bathrooms, a laundry shute which led to the Laundry Room and Finished Basement. Outside, we had an authentic English Garden, Olympic sized Pool, and a Carriage House/Garage. Had we not moved to be closer to the Ocean, I would have wanted to bring this turn of the Century home into the 21st Century by using many of the modern upgrades that were featured in this showing. Bravo to the designer, and kudos to you for showing it so well!

Gorgeous home. It’s a very thoughtful and well designed update . I too love the kitchen and the flow of the lower main floor with the reception areas at the front and the family areas at the back.. The bedrooms are really spacious and self contained with a bathroom each. The guesthouse is lovely too.
I’ve always wanted an updated Tudor home, but all the ones I’ve seen need lots of work. This house is PERFECT!! Absolutely stunning all the way through. 👍🏼

Definitely a cozy place you can call a Home! The only downside for me personally is the "too much white" around the house. Master bedroom is the type I like and the backyard has a real grass. Among the all houses you were touring I miss the real grass the most. Again, quality video and job been done well. I have a proposal for you guys. Since is this time of the year and the all holidays that are coming. Can you guys consider a "Blooper Video" with all the bloopers you had through the year. :D

I loved the modern upgrades in this home. It was reminiscent of the home in which I grew up, except the exterior of our English Tudor was all stone, and we had a 3rd floor. We had 7 bedrooms and a Sun Room/Nursery, 5 Bathrooms, a laundry shute which led to the Laundry Room and Finished Basement. Outside, we had an authentic English Garden, Olympic sized Pool, and a Carriage House/Garage. Had we not moved to be closer to the Ocean, I would have wanted to bring this turn of the Century home into the 21st Century by using many of the modern upgrades that were featured in this showing. Bravo to the designer, and kudos to you for showing it so well!

Gorgeous home. It’s a very thoughtful and well designed update . I too love the kitchen and the flow of the lower main floor with the reception areas at the front and the family areas at the back.. The bedrooms are really spacious and self contained with a bathroom each. The guesthouse is lovely too.

A perfect childhood home straight out of a movie
Definitely a cozy place you can call a Home! The only downside for me personally is the "too much white" around the house. Master bedroom is the type I like and the backyard has a real grass. Among the all houses you were touring I miss the real grass the most. Again, quality video and job been done well. I have a proposal for you guys. Since is this time of the year and the all holidays that are coming. Can you guys consider a "Blooper Video" with all the bloopers you had through the year. :D
