This house is perfect. I think it is worth every million of its price. And as if that wasn't enough, it comes with an amazing view of the ocean. I'd stay away from Enes's channels if I was rich, because he shows so many beautiful, artistic houses that I'd be addicted to buy everything. Every week I would be buying a new house. Also I wanna say that the developers have outdone themselves when comparing this house to the last one shown in this channel. Really loved this one.
This mansion is very grand, the front entrance is very retro, it feels as if Juliet will appear and stand on the balcony waiting for Romeo! I like their garden, it feels like I am in Europe, not California! I must tell the lovely Enes that the skin of the kumquat is not edible! I also like their movie theater, it feels very relaxing, and you can watch Enes' videos all day long! They put a sofa in the bathroom so special, the whole layout does not look like a bathroom, but a show! It would be nice to have two Enes in this world, it can bring double the fun, I support another Enes to appear more often! Thanks a lot for sharing! 👍🤩🙏🙌
Hello Enes, My husband and I love your channel. There is one thing I would like to point out on this video, and it is the term you were using to describe the walls covered in fabric. “Padded walls” makes me think about a padded cell. I used this design feature on our wall, behind our bed in the primary bedroom. A better, more accurate term is “upholstered walls.” Which sounds more luxurious and that’s really what those walls are, upholstered, and the trim is called piping. Thank you for hours of beautiful content. We so enjoy you and Mikey 😊
Enes, an informal dining area with four French doors into a backyard is so unique and exquisite. I can’t even imagine an everyday joy one can experience having breakfast in this room. As they say: “the staff that dreams are made of”. Once again, thank you for sharing this experience with us.

This place is drop-dead impressive. I typically don't like black finishes (water fixtures, light fixtures, door pulls, door hindges, window frames etc) because it too trendy. It is popular now but 15 to 20 years from now, you'll cringe when you see it in a house. It's like the gold fixtures that was popular in the 90s. Yet, for this house, maybe because of the size, the black finishes work very well. Applause to the builder and the designer. And of course it goes without saying, a major applause to Enes and Mikey for showing this house so well.
This man is so handsome! I love his aesthetic and even his voice is soothing. There's another big youtube realtor and he's so dam animated and perky... Enes is so relaxed, humble and intelligent. I can feel the passion and sincerity In his videos, God bless the woman that gets to cherish this great man.

Usually I don't like these traditional kind of houses because of so many details and seems little bit chaotic to me and creates too much noise (metaphorically) so that's why I'm more into simple, minimalist yet luxurious, modern/contemporary houses but this house is really one of a kind and very beautiful. I LOVE when you do Italian & Italian style homes. I agree w/ Mikey; the bathroom couch is a weird flex & I am here for it. One question: how does one clean those puffy fabric walls? Dust buster? Is the fabric waterproofed? It looks cool but of course I’m thinking about all the practicalities of caring for it.

Well done presentation. As someone from Europe in the US I like this style. I designed my house also different from the normal US design that you can find in a lot of new houses. Not even close to this masterpiece. It's very cozy and bold. The timeless design elements will astonish owners and guests for the next decades without the need to update it. As you said, I also try to see myself in the house and image to watch a movie, cook dinner, have a party, have a morning coffee (you found quite a few spots for your coffee in the morning), play with the kids... aso. If I had 29 Million to spend (and more incoming millions to maintain and hold it), I would consider buying it. Thank you for showing us all these marvelous architecture jewels.

I appreciate the way in which you take us on a tour of the home the manner in which you tie the internal geography of the home together by making note of a central location and returning us to that central location. This allows us to reorient as you continue the tour. As to kumquats, the fruit can be eaten whole, like a grape. The kumquat skin varies from slightly sweet to sweet, unlike most citrus fruits that have bitter skins. Kumquats are highly acidic or bright tasting and contain seeds. Handle kumquat seeds as you grape seeds. Thanks

I appreciate the way in which you take us on a tour of the home the manner in which you tie the internal geography of the home together by making note of a central location and returning us to that central location. This allows us to reorient as you continue the tour.
As to kumquats, the fruit can be eaten whole, like a grape. The kumquat skin varies from slightly sweet to sweet, unlike most citrus fruits that have bitter skins. Kumquats are highly acidic or bright tasting and contain seeds. Handle kumquat seeds as you grape seeds.

Not trying to compare youtubers more specifically JP and the rest. Enes tours are ORGANIZED!!! You can tell he walked the house gave his input, his team gave theirs. There is direction in these videos you can tell with the transition when he went outside and came back inside that continuity and flow not even Serhant can do it. Absolutely noone tours a house like him.

That is a beautiful home. I remember the other home you guys toured and loved that too. I could easily picture myself living here too.
