How often should I be doing plyos? I do hiit 5 days a week and play competitively 3 days a week. Diet is on point 27 year old. Don't feel overtrained at all
How do you recover from injuries? I struggle with bad runners knee and it’s the worst when I squat.

Could you do a video on recovering from injuries like a meniscus tear
buddy, I had a meniscus tear last year in june and i know how it feels to be there, I refused to operate and started watching "knees over toes" and now I am all good not a 100% but around 95%. I am back on the field play football after 6 month recovery and rehab . MY advice would be not to rush it and slowly start doing the exercises that knees over toes tells ,, But before that start doing Easiest of exercises for meniscus tear like towl roll or something , you can find those on youtube , Best of luck
