Ok guys this is going to a lengthy comment so I apologize ahead of time. I have cooked twice on my 36inch blackstone and have come to relize the prep is more than the cook. Triple check everything before you start cooking. Much respect for you guys on making it look so easy. I wanted to be a patron so y'all can be able to get together and show us simple recipes. Much respect for the sweat bands to. Lord knows I need them as well. As you can tell by the name I am not a fast and furious cook so I have alot of adjustments to do.

I just made a pizza on the griddle last weekend and I put some pizza sauce a lot of Canadian bacon and sauerkraut with plenty of provolone and mozzarella cheese. Turned out excellent. So if you don’t mind sauerkraut make Canadian bacon and sauerkraut it’s pretty good.
I've used Naan bread before for pizzas and they turned out great. I'm going to have to give this a try now!! great job guys and Jess really does do some amazing looking cooks on her Blackstone!!

Awesome pizza guys, we recently did one on a smoker. We don’t have a large Blackstone but a 17” utilized corn meal to lug the grill little ball bearing. Worked excellent! Thanks for the video

No, Adam, you were right about it being scratch from the store. I use the same term, as in I “scratch” my head tryin to remember what aisle the dang pre-made pizza crust is on! Who’s got time to break out the flour and rolling pin to make something that somebody else can make for ya? Oh, and I use that “we are making some more for the kids” line too!😜😜😜 Tasty lookin eats. All of them looked great but, Brett's looked delicious. We are mostly a pepperoni and sausage pizza family so, that ma be why I like it. Griddle on and thanks for sharing.
I did my flatbread pizza a little bit different. First build the pizza on the flatbread next I use a couple cooling racks on the griddle set the pizza on the rack. Wait till the toppings are melty.....remove rack set pizza on the flat top and spin with a spatula every 10 or so seconds until bottom is done.

Looks absurdly amazing, thanks for the easy recipe. Also, as a substitute for the crust, I would highly recommend using garlic naan bread found at your local grocery store. Have you ever tried “Upside down pizza”? When you flip the crust, hit it with lots of cheese, heated toppings, then sauce. If you heat your sauce first, even better. Just thought I would throw that your way. Have I said you guys are my hero? Yes I have.

Funny, we seem to be on similar wavelengths lately. I just made some mini tortilla pizzas on the Blackstone for dinner, and it worked really well. First time trying pizza on the griddle top. It's kind of fun because it's more interactive than just throwing it in the oven. Those flatbreads looked really good, maybe I'll see if I can find something like that. I usually just use tortillas if I don't feel like, or have to the time to make pizza dough. Griddle on! I hope you are both okay after Elsa, I heard the Gainesville area got hit with a lot of rain. I have some friends in St. Pete and they were lucky to have to damage. It's amazing, I can't even tell you the last time we had rain here, too bad we can't get some of that rain water over here. It did at least finally cool off for a couple days, it was 75 today, so perfect for working in the yard. Anyway, hope all is well.
Oh for sure it’s a much more interactive cook - I think of it similar to a pizza oven, spinning the pizzas to get close to the coals/wood every minute or so - it’s a ton of fun! Yes, we for sure spared from Elsa, a ton of big storms, but we were good, Brett got drenched in Gainesville - nothing we aren’t used to though! For sure we hope it rains there soon! Y’all need it! Love the cook guys. I gave it a try awhile back with the tortilla shells. Word of advice, stay away from the low carb ones, tasted awful, no one needs that in their life. Go big and full fat of the flower ones, tasted way better, and if you're feeding the flava snout pizza, we aren't to worried about saving the cals.

One last ingredient you MUST try, especially with a good pepperoni pizza, is Mike's hot honey. It really plays off the flavors of everything. Just a drizzle at the end and your taste buds will thank you. These look amazing though.

And those mozzarellas are far from being the one we use to eat (hope my english is enough to explain my thoughts), fresh and tasty. I did my flatbread pizza a little bit different. First build the pizza on the flatbread next I use a couple cooling racks on the griddle set the pizza on the rack. Wait till the toppings are melty.....remove rack set pizza on the flat top and spin with a spatula every 10 or so seconds until bottom is done.

Riddle me this...what can run all day and never get tired? Griddle pizza!!!! Wait that didn’t make sense...your nose...but griddle pizza 🍕 ooohhhhhhh yeah!!! Looks absurdly amazing, thanks for the easy recipe. Also, as a substitute for the crust, I would highly recommend using garlic naan bread found at your local grocery store. This definitely qualifies as a banger!!!

Funny, we seem to be on similar wavelengths lately. I just made some mini tortilla pizzas on the Blackstone for dinner, and it worked really well. First time trying pizza on the griddle top. It's kind of fun because it's more interactive than just throwing it in the oven. Those flatbreads looked really good, maybe I'll see if I can find something like that. I usually just use tortillas if I don't feel like, or have to the time to make pizza dough. Griddle on!
I hope you are both okay after Elsa, I heard the Gainesville area got hit with a lot of rain. I have some friends in St. Pete and they were lucky to have to damage. It's amazing, I can't even tell you the last time we had rain here, too bad we can't get some of that rain water over here. It did at least finally cool off for a couple days, it was 75 today, so perfect for working in the yard. Anyway, hope all is well.
Oh for sure it’s a much more interactive cook - I think of it similar to a pizza oven, spinning the pizzas to get close to the coals/wood every minute or so - it’s a ton of fun! Yes, we for sure spared from Elsa, a ton of big storms, but we were good, Brett got drenched in Gainesville - nothing we aren’t used to though! For sure we hope it rains there soon! Y’all need it! Love the cook guys. I gave it a try awhile back with the tortilla shells. Word of advice, stay away from the low carb ones, tasted awful, no one needs that in their life. Go big and full fat of the flower ones, tasted way better, and if you're feeding the flava snout pizza, we aren't to worried about saving the cals.

Thank you so much for watching! We use a variety, but one of our go-to’s is Classico Marinara Cabernet sauce, or even the Classico Pizza sauce. We’ve used Ragu pizza sauce as well, as that is what our mom used for our homemade pizza growing up.😄😄

And those mozzarellas are far from being the one we use to eat (hope my english is enough to explain my thoughts), fresh and tasty. So we must focus on quality of ingredients, it's the only way to protect the original product. Anyway, respect for your useful work, and your energy, bro
