      Sorry! I forgot it. Here it is. I also added to the description.
      Teriyaki sauce:
      1/4 cup soy sauce (I used low sodium)
      5 tablespoons brown sugar
      1 cup water
      1 teaspoon garlic powder
      1 teaspoon ginger (to taste, I added a squirt of ginger paste later)
      2 tablespoons honey
      Splash of rice wine vinegar
      After bringing to slight boil, get 1/4 cup water and 2 tablespoons cornstarch to make a slurry to thicken the sauce.

    Two questions from a Blackstone newbie (got mine assembled, seasoned, and ready for groceries):
    1. What temps do you use (starting out...and when you "turn it up," what do you turn it to?
    2. What cut of steak? (Ribeye?, Round?, etc.)
    Keep it up, Brother Matt!

    • @thehungryhussey
      @thehungryhussey  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Fried rice, around a medium heat.

    Great Video. I like to use 1/2 water and 1/2 chicken stock when cooking the rice to add some flavor.

      You can also do that, but that's what the chicken powder is used for too. IMO, chicken powder has more flavor than using stock.
