1. Dough
170g/0.7cup Lukewarm Milk
25g/2tbsp Sugar
3g/1tsp Instant yeast
250g/1.5cup Bread flour
3g/0.5tbsp Salt
28g/2tbsp Unsalted butter
2. Fillings
120g/1/2pc Onion
300g/2pcs Chicken breast
8g/1tbsp Cornstarch
15ml/1tbsp Soy sauce
15ml/1tbsp Oyster sauce
Black pepper
1.5g /1/4tsp Salt
45ml/3tbsp Water
1tbsp Minced garlic
30ml/2tbsp Cooking oil
Mozzarella cheese
Preheat the Oven at 185°C (370°F) bake for 15 minutes
