Wow, I figured out this stretch with the rocking motion several years ago on my own. It was the only way I could relieve the chronic aching pain I experience since having an open laminectomy surgery for stenosis of my spine from L3-4 thru S2-3. Any other tips you might have for pain relief would be welcomed & appreciated! I’ve been loving your videos for many years! ❤😊

I get painful back spasms that feel like I pulled a muscle in my lower back on the right at least once a month; this just activated some of those muscles! Hopefully doing this routinely and other pelvic floor exercises will prevent future spasms
I've been going to a great chiro/rehab and physiatrist for SI. It started off due to an injury, but now that I have Sjogren's in Rheumatoid family then it's attacking that joint. Thank you for this strength. Going in mt arsenal.

My body and back are in such a weakened and bad state since I just recovered from covid and have had to be in bed for a few weeks. I’m usually a very active senior. I have a lot of recovery to do and a lot of ibuprofen to take 😅 This stretch looks great, as so do many others you show Dr Mandell. Thank You 🙏🏻I need my body back so I can get back to the business of life and to my clients with disabilities.

Put your lower back on a high pillow. The uterus goes back in place.
