We don't like immigration agents - the ones' that aren't authorized by ICCRC and qualified to help you with your application in exchange for money - first of all, it's not legal to do that, and second of all, it's so easy that you don't really need paid help! We are a young couple who started their Canadian Immigration journey in 2018 and moved to Canada 3 days before the pandemic hit in March 2020. Over the course of our application, we have seen so many people getting screwed over by greedy / fraudulent and unauthorized immigration consultants who promise you the world in exchange for thousands of dollars and deliver a whole lot of NOTHING; to an extent that in many cases, the applications get rejected, due to their negligence.
Therefore, we are taking matters in our own hands. After months of research and our own experience of applying for a Canadian PR, we came up with an e-book series & this TH-cam channel which would include - errors to avoid, perfect sample documents (my own) and alternate ways of immigrating to Canada - 100 pages of absolute goldmine between these 3 e-books - no filters, no premium versions to these ebooks... everything is out there FOR FREE, for you to read and execute the process yourself! All we are doing in these ebooks is sharing our experience of applying for PR ourselves / structuring and pointing you in the right direction via various different resources that are available on IRCC's official website. When they were talking of lake communities in the video there was no mention of the
BEST lake communities in Calgary. Lake Bonavista, Lake Bonaventure, Lake Midnapore and Lake Sundance,
Lake Bonavista ( the first lake community) has year round facilities for skating,paddle boating,canoes,fishing,beaches,tennis all
included equipment in the lake fees that are half of those mentioned in the video. Make sure to check out these communities in Calgary.

I think paying a premium for lake access in Alberta weather is not a good idea … you would hardly use it … having a lake view is another question altogether
Around 12 mins of this video when you are in Mahogany you say “This is also in Seton” that is completely a wrong statement. Mahogany is not in Seton. Seton is it’s own community and so is Mahogany.

This is 3250sqft. $1M in GTA will be 1500sqft.
@@Potatotalkies just look at Kitchener prices now. GTA is in a free fall. You can get 2500 sq ft around in a $1M already. It will fall more with another rate hike in June.

This is an amazing house, But navjot i want to ask you few questions about Canada houses. Can we buy land only and build houses as per our plan, design & space and also Concrete house and not wooden like what we do in India. i personally don't feel concrete houses are strong & we can also build spacious rooms & hall as we want. Is there any concept like this in Canada? or we have to take whatever they build? can you please make video about this if possible????
It doesnt make sense to have a complete concrete house in canada because of the weather...all the houses have to be made of wood owing to winters!
You can make a custom house for sure - Costs a lot of money to make it, but you can. Concrete is not advisable due to winters. Wood keeps the house warm.
