Mount Royal is like a private club if your don’t live there you can’t be a member and you’re not welcome . Notice how you never see any owners on their properties walking around . If you do ,they tend not to make eye contact and have that go away look . We experienced that once ., very snobby people
More like three million dollar houses. Practically everyone has a million dollar home these days or close to it. Notice that there is hardly a soul around but all the lawns are cut. I remember a few other neighborhoods in the city very quiet and peaceful in the daytime.
Mount royal is expensive not because of houses you can see more beautiful houses in Nw or sw it is because of the location which is inside city and traditionaly expensive area it is one of the oldest part of Alberta

These houses are nothing, come to the North West, to Church Ranches, there you will find million dollar houses on acreages, the land itself is worth millions.
