Had a friend in Gretna VA. We camped on an island at Smith mountain lake in the late 80s. Man what a beautiful lake. Night fished in River channel for Stripers. Caught a lot of catfish too. Boats would line up and radios would relay fish locations. Tons of fun. Would love to go back
